Lovely, quiet and comfortable!
Our family of five stayed at the Clinton Corners cottage over Labor Day weekend. We frequently visit the area and love the quiet while still having activities and good restaurants close by. The cottage is right in a central spot whereby Rhinebeck, Millbrook, Red Hook are all about 20 minutes away. We had dinners out and in (thanks to Rhinebeck farmers market and great kitchen equipment!), had plenty to do during the day, even enjoyed the calm of a rainy day, reading and relaxing. The house is so lovely with pretty decor, beautiful and tasteful art, and such comfortable beds and couches. The kids played a ton in the yard, looked for frogs in the stream and took turns in the hammock. Would definitely return, it's the kind of place we could see being delightful at any time of year - fall foliage, holiday season, snowy wintertime, etc. Hope to go back!
Charming and comfortable :)
Had a great time in Clinton Corners. Lindsey's home is so tasteful and charming. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
We have returned to this wonderful cottage every fall for four years. It's clean and comfortable and charming. We love the surrounding countryside too. I highly recommend it for a secluded get away.
A sweet place in the country
This is a lovely home in a very tranquil spot. The rooms are filled with original art and great books, and the backyard has beautiful plants designed to attract butterflies, which they do in droves. Two very nice bedrooms, and a very nice main sitting area upstairs (the kitchen is on the lower floor). Highly recommend.
Sweet, comfortable, cozy
We loved our stay at this cozy house. The beds were comfy and the house was well stocked. Location was great for accessing good dining.
This is a very comfortable house on a pretty lot in the woods just 23 min from Rhinebeck and 40 from Bard. The decor is interesting, artistic and eclectic and the house is immaculate. If you happen to be working toward a MFA, you will appreciate the extensive library.
amazing local farms and vineyards, restaurants serving food from small local farms and growers and farmers markets like Meadowland farm, to table, lake at Omega Institute, tennis courts, canoeing at Stissing lake, hiking, skiing.
