Secluded, waterfront, historic colonial home with water access and a boat slip located within 4 miles of historic Annapolis. This house was originally built in the 20's with a big addition added in the late 40's. It has gone through several more renovations since then. The spacious master bedroom has an awesome waterfront view of the Little Aberdeen Creek and the South River. It has a hot tub located within an enclosed screened-in porch and allows you to rest and relax while enjoying the view of the river. The living room is located just off the screened in porch with french doors and a wet bar. The living room has a 52' HD Television with a Blue Ray/DVD player. The house is wired with Ethernet and has a WI-FI network with a high speed fiber connection.
Master bedroom has a Restoration hardware queen platform sleigh bed set. In addition to the wonderful views it has a 32” HD Television with DVD player. It has an adjoining bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a sleeper couch. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the sitting room. There is also a queen futon in the semi finished basement with a TV and workout area. Air mattress’s are available if more sleeping space is needed.
The kitchen has the standard amenities with a bar height table. The dining room is located next to the kitchen and has a nice reclaimed hardwood table imported from the UK. The table will seat 6, although eating out on the screened in porch is quite nice too.
In the basement there is a home gym. This includes a Schwinn stationary bike, a Nordic Track, and a treadmill. It also has a pull up bar, stability ball, jump rope, barbells, etc.
Included in the rental is use of a canoe and kayaks. Both are located down by the dock for easy launching. There are 2 cruiser style bicycles that you can use and Quiet Waters Park is not too far away.
The property is a large lot, over 2 acres which gives you a private getaway feel. In the yard is a fire pit, gas grill, tree swing, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, and a dock.
Ample, private driveway parking is an added benefit.

I was born and raised in Annapolis. It is a wonderful town to visit.
The Owner purchased this house in 1980
This property is close to town yet has a secluded country feel to it. The lot is over 2 acres yet minutes from town and it has a view across the South River.
The property is located in a nice small community. It has great views of the South River and is close enough to the down town district to go into town on a whim.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We were in Annapolis for a family wedding. This allowed us to have out of town relatives come over to relax between events. We kayaked, relaxed in the hot tub, had a BBQ and roasted marshmallows over the fire. Even when it rained there was plenty to do with the Wii, televisions and exercise equipment. There was also much to see and do minutes away in Annapolis.
