We totally renovated this home after purchasing it in 2010. A new pool, screen enclosure, central air, laundry room and dock as well as all new furniture. The house has mexican tile throughout and all new landscaping and landscape lighting. The spa is heated via a heat pump which can get as warm as 90-95 degrees. Added for 2012 was an outdoor kitchen with Lynx appliances, sink and granite counter shown in the photo's section.

This home is located in the heart of Siesta Key Village and a short 5 minute walk to the #1 Beach in the Country for 2011.

Paradise - Siesta Key

It was easy access for where we want to go, neighbors were friendly and the house was immaculate. The neighborhood is quiet. You can entertain friends and family out in the backyard. Plenty of privacy but close enough to walk to the night life. It has everything you want and more. It is steps away from the beach and downtown for food, drinks, shopping or rentals. Great place to bring your kids or get-away for couples. The beach is beautiful with spectacular views. Park your car in the driveway and don't need it again until you are ready to leave to go home. For those days you want to stay home, you have heated pool and hot tub. It was very nice to have morning coffee out back over looking the canal watching the sun come up and boats driving by. If you are looking for a resort like area but don't want to pay those resort fees, you stay here. Will definitely stay again here next year.

Absolute A+ property in the best possible location

Casa Milano is our absolute favorite vacation destination. We have enjoyed April Vacation there for the past 2 years, and will definitely be back. The owners have taken immense pride in this home, and it needs nothing. The heated pool, hot tub, pool deck, etc., is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The house is on a quiet cul de sac that offers privacy and relaxation. You are steps away from Siesta Key village, with all of the fantastic options it offers - live music, happy hours, great dining, etc. The house is in perfect shape, very well-equipped and clean! Every modern convenience is there for your use and enjoyment, and everything is new. Private dock for fishing or launching kayaks into the canal. The owners are always available and very responsive if you have any questions.

Great vacation to relax and have fun

This place is amazing . We checked it out on line before we booked it The pictures tell it all, but we were not really sure of the location. Upon arrival, we could not believe, that we were only one block away ( 2 minutes walk) from the village with all the shops and restaurants. You don't need a car to get around, just rent a bike. Best deal in town ($45.00 for the week). The beach is close by as well.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Spotless, nicely decorated, and the lanai with the outdoor kitchen, pool and jacuzzi was our favored place during our stay. Not to mentioned, that all appliances from the toaster oven to the washer & dryer are top notch brands. The owners thought of every detail to make you feel comfortable away from home. We definitely will rent it again.

Beautiful Home Location & Area

I spent a week at the property with family and I wish it had been 2 weeks! The home is spotless and tastefully decorated. A home away from home that easily accommodated 5 adults; not ever feeling crowded. We loved the outdoor living & cooking area, including the canal view. So much room and plenty to offer. The convenience of washer/dryer was lovely. The location is only a block behind the Village, affording a short walk to shop, dinner, market & beautiful beach. The beaches are all well maintained. We all rented bikes with baskets, the best deal around for $45 for the week. The entire week was lovely. The owners have thought of every convenience to make your stay welcome. It was the very best!

Perfect vacation

First I want to say that Cheri the property manager is the best. From the time we booked our vacation to our departure she was so helpful. Anytime I had a question she responded quickly and her personality made our experience great.

The house was perfect for our family. We were there with our daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren. Our 8 year old grandson loves to fish and there were 2 fishing poles at the house. He could fish off the dock while we watched our 3 year old granddaughter swim in the amazing pool. The main reason we rented this property was for the outdoor pool area. It was screened in with a really nice outdoor kitchen and plenty of seating and area for the kids. Plus the canal view was beautiful. I really did not miss not being on the beach. We drove to the beach daily ( just a quick 10 minute drive) . The house was well equipped. There was a beach cart, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels as well as rafts and beach toys. We flew so this made it nice that we did not have to pack any of these items.

The golf cart cabs were so easy to use. Free, just had to tip. Although we enjoyed walking to the village at night for dinner or just to get ice cream.

The house is on a quiet dead end street and we never heard any of the the neighbors .

My grandchildren did not want to leave. This was our first visit to Siesta Key but is will not be our last. I will not even consider looking for a different place to stay as this house fit all our needs perfectly.

Oasis in Siesta Keys

My family and I look forward every year going for two weeks in August. The location of the house is in the center of everything, downtown, beach, restaurants and stores. It is very relaxing and you don't have to worry about anything. When it rains, it is only minutes. The sun is out all the time and the gulf ocean water is always warm. The house is beautiful and having the pool out your back door is priceless. Everything about the area and house, makes you feel like you are at home and never want to leave. We can't wait to go back in April and August again.
