Kahana Outrigger is a small ocean front 16 unit low rise complex with shopping and restaurants nearby. Just 10 minutes from the historic whaling town of Lahaina on west Maui.

The lanai has ample space for outdoor dining, whale watching (seasonal), star gazing at night, or just relaxing enjoying ocean views towards neighbor islands of Molokai & Lanai.

Unit is nicely decorated and spacious with approximately 1490 sq ft of living space .

Each room is air conditioned.

Pool & BBQ area. Convenient free parking.

Bedding is 2 cal kings, 1 queen, 1 double and 1 queen sleeper sofa.

14.42% State taxes added to all rates.

We are a family owned and operated management company with over 25 years experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated, friendly staff, and attention to details are our primary concern.

Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Hawaiian time.

Quam Properties Hawaii requires a 50% credit card deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard and/or Discover. VRBO does not give us your credit card information. They do collect your credit card for their service fee and we collect payment for the rental of the property separately. We will contact you directly for the 50% credit card deposit (or full payment if within 60 days of arrival). Reservations are not confirmed until then. You may cancel outside the 60 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.

PROCESSING FEE - All reservations will be automatically charged a 3% processing fee on total amount of rental.

Wonderful location and roomy!

We enjoyed our stay! The views (including dolphins and whales) and access to a private beach can't be beat. Going to sleep with the sound of the waves was heaven. There was plenty of room for up to 8 people and the property was "relatively" quiet but with few amenities - which will be attractive to many. If you are planning to enjoy the outdoors, low key atmosphere and views, this is a place for you. The negative is that the unit is outdated and needs some TLC to what is even currently there. There is not enough seating for up to 8 at the table and there were ants that we could not tame. The loft is open so be aware if you are going with two couples that each want a separate bath. This location is right by the pool, which is convenient but can be noisy (there was a family whose children screamed continually while in the pool). The pool was not heated and therefore we were not able to enjoy it as much as we would like in the relatively cool temps. Overall, a great value and I would recommend but this is not for those seeking a high level of luxury and amenities.

Well equipped and in fairly good condition.

This unit worked well for our family. There were a few things that needed minor repair. It would have been nice if the unit included a few beach chairs. The worst thing about this property is that they do not have a recycling bin. Really!!! We drove to the recycling center to drop ours off.

Outstanding rental condo with great views!

Very clean and well manicured property. Pool was very clean, parking was very convenient and within 20 feet of condo, grass was mowed, all very tropical and very well lit. My family and I loved it so very much. 5 minutes drive to Napili beach, great for families with little ones. McDonald's and gas station within walking distance. Impressed with property grounds and the condo unit itself. I do recommend this place.

The Kahana Outrigger is located on the west shore of Maui, between Ka'anapali and Kapalua. This is an OCEAN FRONT complex, with only 16 low rise, low density units in a beautiful tropical setting. Watch fantastic sunsets, romantic moonlit nights and whale watching (when in season), and incredible turtle sightings year round.
