About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Loved the layout of the house. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. Nice variety of games, movies, books, etc.

Pacific City is a Gem

We spent spring break at the House with our Grandkids.

The house has great access to the beach and is located in a safe gated community. It's also filled with games, movies, beach toys as well as Ping Pong and Air Hockey tables. We had a wonderful time.

It was just perfect for our grandkids to experience the ocean and the fun house.

I would replace the sliding glass door. It's worthless. Refrig door shelf broken. The garage light needs bulbs, ballast or replaced.

Other than that it's an awesome place.

Great little house!

This is the second time we've stayed in this home. Clean, great location well furnished. Beds were comfortable and the dune that blocks you from the ocean view also blocks the wind! So sitting on the back porch was awesome even in February

It had everything we needed

 • 5 of 5

My family and I had a great time there. The place was spacious and had all the amenities for the family of four. It also had a garage with a ping-pong table. The access to beach was close enough. It is not a ocean-front property, but you just have to walk up a small hill to access the beach. (To be fair, most of the houses in the neighborhood didn't have a view of the ocean directly since the sand wall is about 6 foot high from the residential area.)
