This apartment will be available for 6 months or more beginning in late February, 2017.
It is a classic duplex in the heart of Tribeca. We've owned this home for many years and invite you to enjoy the comfort of our three-bedroom home in a small, pre-war elevator building.
We’re glad of its skylight, views of roof gardens and the Woolworth building, the exposed brick of our main living room and the cherry wood open kitchen. The fireplace is first rate, and beloved at this time of year. We’ve got a loft bedroom and two conventional bedrooms - the second is a possible teen lounge, with the potential for a bed positioned in the ladder–accessed loft.
Tribeca has become the most sought after neighborhood because of its amenities for families and its attractive restaurants for young people. What we love most is the short walk to the Hudson, and the most popular, convenient bike path in the country.
The apartment is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, Wolf stove, dishwasher, washer–dryer, jacuzzi tub & steam shower. Cable & wifi affordably available.

Why the Owner Chose Lower Manhattan, New York, NY, USA:
We moved into this ourselves, after several years of renting it out, to provide a classic residential experience for our teenage children after years of living in an office building. Once here we realized how much peace one can feel by simply being in a lovely space with the convenience of the city's most appealing neighborhood below. Now we've over-stayed our plan by more than a year, but the nest is emptying and it is time for us to let another family stay here.
