The home was the perfect size for our family of 10 (ranging in age from 1 to 67), everyone had their own space but w the game area and pool we were hardly apart! The house was very comfy & homey - and clean! We loved how close it was to the beach and the shops. The pool was awesome! It's huge and they had tons of toys, floats, beach accessories avail so less packing for us! We would definitely stay here again! And definitely rent a home instead of a hotel..having the kitchen to make our own meals, the privacy (our own pool & hot tub & ping pong table), the ability to put baby down for a nap and hang w kids by the pool was priceless!! Great vaca home away from home!
This house was perfect for us. It is even better than in the photographs. Very livable. The living area and kitchen were fantastic and we spent most of our time there or out at the pool. House has everything you need and is well cared for. Would go back here again for sure.
Owner had everything you could need. Location is very convenient to everything on the island. Hot tub was a great extra too. We rode bikes to the beach. Laid out at the pool at the house and enjoyed local restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to Marco Island.
House was great. We absolutely loved it. It is well appointed, its kept very well and we loved the layout. Pool was great and we loved the hot tub too. We especially loved the living area on the main floor with all of the windows and the great light and being able to look out over the pool was nice. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay here again as well.
Had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful home for a week recently. It is beautifullly decorated, very comfortable and well maintained. We were a family of 6, there was plenty of room, and the kids loved the downstairs area with the ping pong table. We walked every morning to Tigertail Beach to collect the most amazing shells, and spent our afternoons relaxing by the pool. We ate several meals at home and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and we made good use of the BBQ. Our nights out often included walking to the near by Esplanade, where there are three restaurants, a Statbucks and Cold Stone. Our favorite was Chop239, and the outdoor music on Thursday night was really fun. Marco Island is a beautiful destination, voted #1 Island to visit recently and we agree. I would recommend this rental property to anyone, families and couples especially.
I leased this home for a month and had lots of friends and relatives visit. Everyone loved it, but especilly my daughter and her family. There are lots of options for sleeping with three king bedrooms. Grandkids loved staying on the ground floor with its private bath. Everything is decorated beautifully. Living room is very large with lots of space as well as the deck.We loved the huge warm pool and large deck where we spent a great deal of time. The hot tub and ping pong table are great. Fully appointed kitchen and we walked to the tiger tail beach on several days. Lots of close by and very good restaurants. This place is just fantastic, and perfectly located, with lots of parking.
