Gorgeous 3BR/2BA in a ocean front building. The very large unit has TWO balconies with beach and ocean views. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen and utensils provided. Impressive entertainment center for the entire family. All the bedrooms have wall mounted 32'' T.V.s, and the living room has a WiFi equipped 50'' Flat screen. The entire unit offers free WiFi.

The building is ideally located, almost exactly halfway between the famous Daytona Beach Boardwalk and the Dunlawton Bridge. Directly across the street is a great miniature golf course. There is underground parking. Stay at the beach in Daytona, and still be an hour from the parks in Orlando and Kissimee.

Why Kory Warren chose Daytona Beach Shores

My family has vacationed in Daytona for some 40 years, and I love my yearly trips down to the beach. We began searching for a property that would be something we would love to spend time in year after year. When we saw this building and this unit, we knew it would be the perfect place for us to set up a home away from home.

What makes this condo unique

The building is the newest on the beach. The unit is very large, and very nicely decorated. There is entertainment for the entire family both in the unit and the area surrounding it. Miniature golf is directly across the street, next door to a Dollar General, and only a block from Winn Dixie. Also there are some excellent restaurants nearby. A personal favorite of ours is Aunt Catfish (Just on the other side of Dunlawton Bridge) [MAKE A RESERVATION AT NIGHT]. The International Speedway and Daytona International Airport are only 15 min from the building, and there is a very large flea market open Fri-Sun, about a mile past the speedway.

Another highlight is the fact that Orlando is only an hour or so drive. We make a few yearly trips to Universal Studios, we go for the entire day, but we come back to Daytona that night. I may be bias, but I really believe Daytona Beach makes for one of the best vacation spots in Florida.

Wonderful location on the beach!

2nd floor unit. Not ditect ocean view but still a great price and location! The pool and hot tub are a nice bonus before walking down to the beach.

This property never disappoints have been staying here for a couple years and it always feels like being at home. The owner is very easy to deal with and always makes sure you are comfortable. Would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Daytona Stay

We enjoyed our stay. This is my second time there and we may come again next year sometime. The unit was very nice and the owner was quick to get back on just one issue. Could not get internet, with his help we unplugged the modem and plugged back in and everything was great. In case anyone encounters this problem and redoing the settings does not help, unplugging and replugging does. Enjoy you stay!!
