About Grace and Tom

We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Grace and Tom Ewert, Chicago flat-landers. Our family has been traveling to the mountains of Colorado for many years. On one of our ski trips we decided to make our dream of owning a home in the area a reality. We fell in love with Ski Tip Ranch the moment we saw it.

Grace and Tom purchased this townhome in 2009

Why Grace and Tom chose Ski Tip Ranch, River Meadows

We love the Ski Tip Ranch location. Close enough to Keystone Village, but in a more secluded forested location. We enjoy the quiet, peaceful ambiance and the fact that we can hear the Snake River from our patio. We decided that convenience to Denver was very important to us.

What makes this townhome unique

We would love to, but this space provided here is just to limited to mention all the wonderful benefits we have discovered in Summit County.

clean tidy comfortable townhouse on a stream in a beautiful setting

  • 5 of 5

This is our second year in this townhouse. It is relatively secluded with nature all around. We come for the change of the seasons and the aspen colors. We've been coming to Keystone since 1972 and this by far has been the best accommodations. Our new friends are 2 red foxes that camp out near the back deck and greet us daily. The owners, Grace and Tom communicate with us and are very nice. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, highly recommended

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay so much. It is a very relaxing, quiet area but close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and activities. Nature in the form of moose, fox, birds, chipmunks & squirrels come visit. Walking and biking trails are right outside. The stream behind the condo lulls you to sleep at night. It was wonderful to watch the full moon come up over the mountain.

Internet & TV were excellent. Great amenities and plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub is in a really convenient location, right across the road. Free area bus stops are close

Lots of room inside with a great layout and decorated so well. It was the cleanest condo we've stayed in. We stayed 2 months and it had everything we needed to cook meals. Everything makes you feel right at home.

Owners were easy to work with and the best place we've stayed. Hope to get back next year.

Better than we expected!!

  • 5 of 5

This condo had everything we needed. It was beautiful, spacious, homey, well stocked, close to Keystone resort and right across the street from the hot tub!! The pictures don't do it justice. It is much larger in person and was perfect for our family of four. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Very comfortable 2 br townhome backing up to the Snake River, in the forest.

  • 5 of 5

Grace and Tom have decorated this in Western/Native American motif. It is very roomy, comfortable and relaxing. We have been coming to Keystone since it started as a resort in the early 70's and it hasn't lost its allure. We visited in the shoulder season, just as the aspen were changing, between 9 and 10 thousand feet, and the display was fabulous. This property can't be beat for up to 4 people. Thanks Grace and Tom, we would like to come back.
