Our very private 2 bedroom, 2.50 bath updated townhome unit is in a very small complex that sits on the edge of the Arapahoe National Forest so you can strap on your snowshoes or jump on your bike and be on the trails within 2 minutes. Bring up your ATV or your snowmobile and take off on the quiet and secluded trails just up the road. Better yet, you can catch the free resort shuttle with is about 100 yards from our driveway to wisk you 2-1/2 miles away to some of the most incredible skiing in the world.
Spend the end of your day relaxing on the leather sofa in the living room mesmerized by the flames of the fire in the woodstove or watch a good movie on the new LED HDTV. No worries about parking as we have our own free private parking lot.
Kick back on one of the two private decks off the bedrooms with a glass of wine or a cup of hot cocoa and enjoy the amazing mountain views. You can even spend your evening there star gazing into the sky away from the city lights.
Enjoy the rustic ski feel of this 3 story townhome unit with 2 bedrooms and 2.50 baths and lots of windows to view the mountain scenery surrounding the unit. The unit was updated in 2007-2008 with newer furniture, granite countertops, wood floors, carpeting, tile floors, and new mattresses. We have a LED HDTV for your TV viewing in the living room and have a small collection of movies for the DVD players. Our building only contains 6 units which are fairly sound proof and private.
The main floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave/convection oven, eating nook, a bathroom, and living room with a leather sofa (with dual recliners) and two cushy leather rocker recliners. There is a large moss-rock fireplace with a high-efficient woodstove insert that extends up to the second floor keeping the bedrooms toasty warm. Wifi is also available.
The second floor consists of the master bedroom with a balcony deck off of it and a full bathroom. There is a small LED HDTV and DVD player in this bedroom. The third floor is connected to the second floor by a spiral staircase that opens up into a 2nd bedroom loft with a double bed plus a set of bunkbeds and a 1/2 bathroom. There is also a balcony deck off of this bedroom with some pretty spectacular star gazing sights.
The wood insert stove keeps you toasty warm without drying out your nasal passages. There are also two humidifiers in the unit for those who desire more humidity since Colorado has such low humidity.
The clubhouse, which is a block away, houses an indoor swimming pool, a hot-tub,and coin-operated laundry facility.

IT WILL NOT SHOW UP ON YOUR INITIAL RESERVATION BUT WE WILL SEND YOU AN EDITED QUOTE THAT YOU CAN REVIEW FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING.
NOTE: Ocassionally, the owners will bring up one or two dogs when they use the unit. We do clean up well before we leave, but if you are allergic to animal dander, please re-consider. Per HOA rules, only owners are allowed to have pets on the property. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT THIS UNIT IS 25 YEARS OF AGE. Anyone younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent. This is a non-smoking unit (we have a child very allergic to smoke).
