Hello, and greetings from beautiful Aspen, Colorado!

Our single-family home is nestled among the Aspen trees, with remarkable views of downtown Aspen and Aspen Mountain (Ajax). Located in a very quiet part of town, you will have total privacy during your stay here.

The house is perfect for both winter and summer vacations in the Roaring Fork Valley. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fly fishing, biking, rafting, golf, tennis, music, fine dining, shopping -- Aspen has it all.

The Aspen Club & Spa is located very nearby for tennis, a spa and gym.

Comfortable and spacious

  • 5 of 5

This comfortable home is well-maintained, and the location is great - private, yet just a short $1 bus ride from town and the slopes. Living room, dining room and kitchen are larger than they appear in pictures, and the property is well-stocked. We especially appreciated the fireplace! The property manager was easy to reach and helpful when we had a question. Thanks!

Wish we could have stayed longer

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I joined our friends to visit their daughter in Aspen for a three night stay. We all loved the house and enjoyed our stay. As others have pointed out, the appliances and ambiance are of a time gone by, but everything works well and the house has pretty much everything you need. The location was great, a short mile from the center of town. We enjoyed spending time on the deck against a brilliant wall of aspens in full Fall yellow. Hope to stay here again.

Our stay was very nice!

  • 5 of 5

As one of the other reviewers stated, and he's right, this place is great, but it's a bit dated.....Original mid-century furniture makes a great statement, just don't expect 'glitz'....expect 'comfortable' and well-used.....

Having said that, it's also very complete, very comfortable, and very functional......Just get some new pillows for the extra pillow stash......small fix, big impression.... House has LOTS of towels, etc, etc......It really was everything we needed for our 10-day stay...

And, the neighborhood is great.....quiet, backs up to an interesting historical cemetery, and is convenient, if not real close to town.....We never really had an issue with getting to/from town.....If you're new to Aspen like we were, it take a bit of learning to figure out the parking, but once you figure it out, it's great! Hint: Use the Rio Grande parking lot, and stay parked until after 6pm...most days we got out free of charge.....!

Overall, this was a great place to stay....I'd rent it again....!

Great location, great stay!

  • 5 of 5

Comfortable, peaceful home with lots of light and great views. So convenient to town - bus literally runs from the house right into town. Loved the midcentury feel, and Stan was great to work with. Very easy arrival and departure process. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Tranquil, comfortable home

  • 5 of 5

My family of 6 stayed in this home in June 2016. The house has sufficient room for a group of that size. The owner Stan is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

The house is centrally located, yet far enough from downtown to feel pastoral. The house gives visitors a home away from home feel.

Overall, the house is comfortably furnished and is an excellent value considering Aspen prices. We will stay here again if we return to Aspen.

All okay. The house although old everything works perfectly.

We had ten days very quiet and fruitful. The bus service is great.
