Nuestra propiedad es una mansión privada frente al océano con servicio completo, ubicada en el corazón de la zona hotelera de Cancún.

La propiedad está a pocos pasos de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, buceo de renombre mundial, pesca de altura, hermosas reservas naturales y solo a unos 15 minutos en coche del aeropuerto internacional de Cancún.

Outstanding property with outstanding staff!

This was our fourth trip to Villa Albatros! I can guarantee we will be back for more! The property offers its guest every imaginable amenity possible! The staff are eager to help and serve, they are all wonderful people! Andreas organizes every aspect of your stay in great detail, he is a wonderful ambassador to Villa Albatros! If your hesitating booking this villa don't, I promise you it will ruin every all-inclusive vacation going forward!

Luxury Family Vacation

We had a family of ten and stayed at Villa Albatross for a week. Everything was superb and it was perfect for our needs. They arranged for all of our transportation needs throughout the week, starting with having a van pick us up at the airport when we arrived. They also provided recommendations on various activities (we enjoyed scuba, golf, xplor, and a trip to Chichen Itza) and took care of every detail. We also took advantage of the offer to take care of grocery shopping and cooking, and it was a fantastic decision! The food was terrific, and it was even better than we didn't have to worry about shopping, cooking, or cleaning up. They had staff on-site (a chef, a bartender, a maid, a security guard, and one or two others) but they were never in the way and we were amazed at their attention to every detail. The house has six bedrooms--one has a few single beds, and another is near the front of the house so does not have an ocean view. The rest have king or queen beds and their own bathrooms. This arrangement worked perfectly for us. The pictures on the web site do a great job of accurately depicting the property. Andreas (the concierge) and Robert (the owner) were wonderful to work with, and helped this vacation create great lifetime memories for our family. This was an excellent experience for us!

The Best Villa in Cancun

This villa is located in the hotel zone but is very private (on a gated road). It has 6 bedrooms over multiple levels and almost all of the rooms have a balcony that faces the ocean. The villa has it's own pool and is also steps away from the beach, which was not crowded (we really liked that). The villa is very well maintained and the staff are just amazing (and very accommodating)! We opted to have meals at the villa and the food was outstanding. Andreas (the house manager) was very responsive to all of our requests and arranged transportation, a trip to Tulum, fishing, jet skis, etc. for us. There wasn't anything that we didn't have - it was perfect!

First Class Operation!!!

This was our second stay at Villa Alboatros, I use the Villa to entertain customers. What a great property!! It is in immaculate condition and close to all amenities in Cancun! The staff are amazing, they will go out of their way to meet your needs! Once you've had a stay at Villa Albatros you'll never want to stay at an all inclusive again!

Exceptional Experience

Stayed at Villa Albatros with 9 adults for a work retreat. Everything was perfect for our needs. The villa, the grounds, the sleeping accommodations, the views, the food prepared in house, the privacy of the property were all exceptional. The staff was professional and attentive. Robert organized details ahead of the stay, and Andreas facilitated everything while we were in town. They were both were a pleasure to work with. Andreas was 100% responsive to every need.

WOW! An incredible house & amazing staff

We spent a week at this incredible house on the beach. From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house, staff and chef were amazing. The food was outstanding with fresh ceviche and guacamole whenever we wished. What a great way to spend time with family and not having to worrying about a thing. Thank you so much Robert, Andreas, Angel, Palma, Jorge and Mari for making our vacation one we won't forget. We will be back! Jen S

Beyond our Expectations

We booked the Villa Albatros for an off-site business meeting and "wow" were we pleased. The villa is magnificent! There are no words to describe the professionalism and service provided by Andreas and his staff. Every meal was delicious and more than expected. Best trip ever!

Return to Paradise

As return visitors to Villa Albatros, our family was filled with excitement and anticipation as the time for our trip back to Cancun neared. Even my three 3 year old grandchildren each had vivid memories of last year's trip--the ocean, the pool, and visits to the kitchen to receive treats from Angel. We were certainly not disappointed in the least with this year's experience.. Adults and children alike enjoyed a fabulous week of beauty, comfort, and relaxation. The staff makes every effort to be sure that any request is satisfied. Andreas took care of so many details in advance, ensuring that our expectations were met upon arrival and during our stay. Angel's food was again so wonderful, and the service provided by Palma, Mari, Rosie and Jorge was exemplary. We find it hard to believe that we could find another vacation home or resort that would come close to matching the experiences we have enjoyed and memories we have created at Villa Albatros. Thank you to Robert and his family for sharing a home so treasured by ours.

Amazing Villa

I went on a girls only trip and we abosolutely loved Villa Albatros. The style of the Villa is beautiful and very clean. The staff and especially the Chef are outstanding. We were able to relax and eat every meal on the covered patio. I would definately go back again.

Beautiful & perfect!

I rented this Villa for the day for a corporate group and they had the BEST time! Making arrangements with Robert made all of my planning super easy, his villa staff was absolutely wonderful, and his vendors were awesome to work with once on-site. I would highly recommend this property - especially for couples or a family. It's a beautiful home that's very well maintained, close to everything you need in Cancun, and the PERFECT place to relax. Thanks, Robert!

Most Amazing Place/Vacation

The pictures, positive reviews, and description to not truly do this property justice. It is a fantastic experience to be "guests" at this property. The condition of the house and furnishings are first class, the staff are warm and helpful, the view and location are unbelievable. We had a masseuse come to the house which worked out great, better than most top of the line hotel spa experiences. Highly recommend others to check this place out. My friends and I have stayed at many high end luxury hotels, and we all strongly preferred staying at the Villa rather than hotel, and will most certainly be back.

Absolutely stunning property and staff!

I treated my staff and their guest to 4 days at the Villa Albatros. What a beautiful property in private gates with the bay as the backyard scenery. This is a 5 star property and you will not be disappointed! The cook (Angel) was awesome and the attention to details was exactly what we were looking for. I will be back again soon!

Paradise

Our family has enjoyed several great vacations up and down the coast of our home state, CA. We opted for a destination trip this year, and we were treated to an experience that has left memories we will long treasure. A few minutes after our arrival, my daughter stated, "This is paradise," Indeed, Villa Albatros offered us a luxurious haven of beauty and relaxation. The many reviews that precede this one enticed us to book with Robert, and I here attest that the glowing praise for the villa and the staff is well founded. The attention to detail regarding food and drink paid by Johnny and chef Angel made for blissful dining and imbibing at meal times and happy hour. The service rendered by housekeepers Mari and Martha was thorough, but not intrusive. They, as well as Johnny and Angel, maintained a mutual admiration society with our small grandchildren, which was heart-warming to observe. The vigilance of the watchman Enrique made us feel secure at all times. He also made our first cup of morning coffee, to be followed later by delicious espressos and cappuccinos provided by the staff. Andreas, the house manager was ever responsive to our individual needs, both during the planning stages and throughout our stay. He ensured that all of our dietary concerns were addressed, and that our transportation, excursions and entertainment went smoothly. Both the owner, Robert, and Andreas responded quickly to our many questions for clarification early on, and they helped to ensure that our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Our only problem now is, how do we top our vacation at Villa Albatros? We may just have to revisit Paradise. Lucky are those who have such an opportunity.

Exceeded expectations! Top notch staff and food!

Villa Albatros delivered everything it promised! The home was immaculate, the location was perfect, and the staff and food were amazing! Highly recommend using the chef option. Our fridge and pantry were stocked with all of our requests. We took care of breakfast on our own, but most mornings the housekeeping staff prepared a fresh fruit plate and coffee for us as well. The house was immaculate! Our butler, Johnny, was attentive and professional, the perfect bartender, and according to my 10 year old, fun! Our chef, Angel, was amazing! We requested mostly local dishes and even our pickiest eaters found food they enjoyed. We all came away with a new favorite that we might had never had before. The ceviche and guacamole were delicious. Be sure to ask for the special chocolate cake, I promise it will surpass anything you could ever ask for. We even asked for the recipe. The house manager, Andreas, was very detail oriented and took care of everything from food to recreation requests and everything in between. We took a trip to swim with whale sharks that was amazing! We also rented jet skis and parasailed right off the beach at the house. The employees and owner we dealt with were very friendly and the equipment was in excellent condition. Andreas, Villa Albatros, Angel, Johnny, Marta, and support staff exceeded our expectations! There was a perfect balance of professionalism, skill, and warmth! We were able to truly relax and enjoy our time with our extended family in a beautiful home with the best amenities and staff we have ever experienced! We are a family of nine. Two couples with a total of five children ( cousins) ages 20,18,17,16, and 10. Everyone enjoyed this wonderful vacation.

Fantastic holiday

Wonderful House and incredible location!

We decided to stay at this beautiful property for our girls get away. We all live in different states through out the USA and we wanted to get away for a 5 night get together. The property is absolutely beautiful with wonderful ocean views and is very private. Rooms are spacious and the cleaning ladies keep the property spotless. The Villa is located in the middle of Cancun's Hotel zone, the street is gated with 24hr security so we always felt very safe. The property is big enough and was perfect for our group of 11 women. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Our dinning and drinking great mojitos in the villa's terrace was definitely part of the experience. The villa's beach is intimate and private with palm trees and great beach for swimming. Being in the middle of Cancun was perfect as we took the time to go shopping and went out for dinner a couple of nights. I recommend the property to any one wanting to have an intimate beautiful place in Cancun, thank you all for making this a very special stay.

Beautiful Property right on the beach.

We spent a 7 night family reunion vacation in this beautiful property in Cancun and this was one of the best vacation we have ever had. The property is absolutely stunning, the location is perfect, right in the middle of everything yet secluded and it is extremely well taken care of. Our group was composed of 9 adults and 4 children, the Villa was perfect size for all of us as the bedrooms are all on different levels which gives you privacy and they all have their own bathrooms. The common areas are wonderful, the main living room has beautiful high vaulted brick ceilings as well as two fountains and it is very elegant. The pool and terrace areas are perfect for gathering and offer spectacular views of the Caribbean Ocean. The Villa's beach is perfect for kids and adults alike as the waters are shallow, warm and crystal clear, the kids spent hours on end playing on the sand while we sipped margaritas and had massages through out the day. The Villa arranged for all our ground transportation and took care of us every step of the way. We hope to be able to come back next year.
