Suite Living includes custom interior design with full Living Room with comfortable furnishings; full kitchen, a luxurious bathroom; piazza/porch with comfortable furniture overlooking grounds landscaped with native flora; very comfortable bedrooms featuring memory foam mattresses. The Mod Suite has a private entrance and has a newly installed centralized air conditioning and heating. A Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee is included.

Mod Suite - original Mid-Century Modern furniture with industrial touches featuring clean lines and contemporary accents. Complete kitchen and bath renovation. Queen size bed overlooking an original 1813 brick wall. Plush memory foam mattress. The Mod Suite bath has double vanity sinks with modern designs. Very comfortable interior along with glass table and chairs for outdoor dining. Piaza overlooks fountain and lots of trees for privacy.

The Mod Suite has dishes, glasses, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster.

Free off-street parking for one Guest car per Suite in City Centre private parking area behind the Carriage House. A second car per Suite can be accommodated - cost $10/night.

The City Centre is smoke free inside or anywhere on our property. Smoking allowed off-property only. Pets are not allowed. Minimum stay is for two nights. No parties. Policies for unpaid visitors. Outside entertainment/services only with permission. We have these policies for the protection and comfort of all on the property.

A Smart TV with DirecTV Service and high speed AT&T internet services provided.

One of the greatest features of the City Centre is that you can park your car and walk to just about everywhere. Located in Historic Ansonborough, the City Centre is conveniently located within walking distance to all the main attractions:

What makes this apartment unique

You're not going to find a place more centrally located in Downtown Historic Charleston. Enjoy urban living without the need of a car. Walking distance to almost everywhere; Pedicabs readily available for easy transport. Hundreds of restaurants within a 6 city block radius of the City Centre Inn.

Danielle K. brought a male stripper into our very upscale Inn suite against policy. We took the dog out at Midnight(we live on property) and caught her and group throwing a male stripper party. The next day we confronted her by emailing and asking her to stop by our house. We spoke to her and told her we found it offensive and disrespectful, a poor choice on her part and not allowed by policy but we would allow her and group to stay the final day. The conditions were, we were to inspect suite for damage. We arranged to do so when she told us she would be at "spa" and out of suite. We also told her we did not allow free visitor parking, which she continued to let her friends use.

There was more, but the bottom line is Danielle K. from Brooklyn/NYC area who is under age limit of 25 for renting at our inn, is not responsible. As an owner you do not want her to book your place unless you don't care about managing your rules. We have about 1% of our guests who are not good renters. Her mother, Sybil k. sent us a spam/flaming email after I contacted Danielle asking her if she really wanted to post her negative review because I would have to then write what she did. I thought it was pretty vendictive and another bad decision to Break the rules, be disrespectful to the owners and then have the nerve to write a horrible review and give a 1 star rating amidst our 5 star, well earned reviews. Not the kind of person you want to do business with. she never apologized.

The Mod Suite at City Centre is fantastic. The suite is clean, comfortable; a home away from home.

My wife and I stayed in the Mod Suite at City Centre the week of June 25th. It was our first trip to Charleston and this turned out to be the perfect place to stay. We were a short walk to stores, restaurants, and other attractions in Charleston. The setting of the property is beautifully maintained and is very quiet and peaceful. The owners, who live on the property, we extremely nice and helpful while respecting our privacy. When we return to Charleston we will definitely want to stay here again and I'll be recommending my family and friends who travel to Charleston to definitely stay at City Centre. It is a truly wonderful perfect place for couples to stay.

Loved our stay!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at City Center Inn. It was a great location, very centrally located to anything you'd want to see in downtown Charleston. We never needed to use our car, we were able to walk everywhere! The place was very clean (and cute + historic!) and had everything we needed. Rick was very responsive and was a great host, giving us lots of suggestions and being available any time we had a question. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!

We stayed in the Mod Suite. The suite is very cozy and well appointed. The property setting is in a quiet area that is still close to most of the areas of interest in Charleston. The owners are on property, very personable and accommodating.

Nice suite

The Mod suite is in a very good location with easy parking. It has a comfortable bed and fabulous shower. The fountain outside of the suite provides a nice setting for breakfast or evening drinks.
