Welcome to paradise on the beach in this custom owner managed 4th floor unit. This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium has spectacular gulf front views of the ocean and sugar sandy beaches. The balcony overlooks the gulf from the living room and the master bedroom. This unit accommodates up to eight (8) guests with approximately 1500 sq. ft. of living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of cabinets.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with plush mattress, 42” TV, DVD. The master bath has with double vanity sinks, walk in shower, and a walk in closet large enough to accommodate a portable crib.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with plush mattress and TV. There is private access from the second bedroom to the guest bath.

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen 55” TV, cable and complementary Wi-Fi. Two bunk beds and a separate laundry room with full-size washer / dryer completed the entire package to meet all your needs to provide comfort on a grand scale.

We loved our stay at treasure island! Well maintained beach and pool area. Reasonably priced poolside snack bar. Treasure Island is near St Andrews park which we spent a day at and enjoyed snorkeling by the jetty. It is a bit of a drive to pier park and gulf world. My kids ONLY complaint was there were not snow cones on the beach.

treasure Island Conda 404

We had a good week, but there was several problems with the Condo: Loose trim around the kitchen tile, the towels were ragged in both baths, toaster would only work if you held the button down, there was mold on the shower door and dryed food on the wall in the two wall beds, and overall the condo was not real clean.

Owner's Response: This guest contacted us about the loose trim bordering the kitchen tile. We addressed the issue within an hour of the guest making us aware of the problem. This guest never mentioned towels, toaster, shower door, or bunk area during the week of their stay. Our units are cleaned weekly and we inspect them regularly. Linens show wear at different rates, not all at the same time, and are replaced individually as they start to show wear. There would never be an occasion in which ALL towels would be threadbare at the same time. The toaster was working properly (did not need to hold button down for it to work). We saw no evidence of mold on the shower door, and there was no evidence of food on the wall in the bunk area. We would also like to note that all of our recent previous reviews have been positive with no mention of any of these issues.
