The property is located on a very quiet street, is walking distance to the Palm Springs Airport and about 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs for shopping, dining and entertainment.
This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main house has post and beam architecture, faces west with ideal mountain views which also lends bright natural light throughout the day. The living room has a TV with cable, wifi & DVR. There is also a console table that converts to an indoor dining table for 8.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, sits poolside with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large window and sliding door that opens up to a private patio with table & seating. The third bedroom has a full size bed. The forth bedroom is a lovely 400 sq foot detached poolside guest house with full bed, flat screen TV, cable and en suite bathroom. The main-house living room has a queen sized sofa-bed.
The home has all the amenities of a primary residence. With 7 sliding doors throughout, the property has an amazing indoor/outdoor feel. Outside, guests will very large and private yard, swimming pool, lush lawn, citrus trees, and laying in the hammock under the giant carob tree. In the evenings, you’ll find dramatically lit landscaping, a fire pit, soft indigo pool lighting and bright shining evening stars.

Perfect family getaway
We had a great family getaway over NYE weekend! 8 couples and an infant fit comfortably, and it especially helped having the separate pool house with the little one.
The owner, Alex, was very responsive, and the property manager, Larissa, was very helpful getting us checked in. House was immaculate, backyard was private, and the fire pit in the cool mornings and evenings was perfect. The house is very close to the airport, but we only heard one plane in the 3 days we stayed. Short Uber to downtown, or nice 45min walk.
Can't wait to stay again!

Great Mid-Century Modern Living
My friends and I have had the pleasure of staying at this house twice. The house, yard, and pool are as advertised. The owner is very helpful and responsive. On the most recent stay, during a holiday weekend, there was a water leak and she had her landscapers come out right away. They had to shut down the water tied to the casita for the evening, but came back the next morning to restore it all. We look forward to returning.
Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights over spring break. From the initial inquiry to the return of our deposit check, the owner was responsive, accommodating and professional. The house was exactly as the pictures show and description outlines. The yard and pool were clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was such a relaxing, fun family getaway! We would definitely stay here again!
Palm Springs near the airport
Beautiful secluded back yard and pool. Clean and well maintained. Private yard, outdoor tables and barbeque. Beds in the third bedroom and pool house would not be big enough for a couple.
The photos are accurate. Remodeled in modern Ikea style.
Owner was extremely helpful. Walking distance to downtown (about 30 min each way). Close to airport and yet quiet. Need a vehicle to get to golf courses and shopping areas.
Pool cleaned twice a week and we paid to have it heated. Although, three of us had a rash from what we assumed were chemicals in the pool. Other than that, we had a great getaway from snow and cold.
