Private House, 2 Bed / 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6) Grace Bay Beach Voted #1 in the World
Why Owner chose Grace Bay
I absolutely love Provo, Turks and Caicos is the true Caribbean. Where you can walk for hours one way down the beach never having to go around out crops of rocks or hundreds of sun bathers. The sand reaches as far as the eye can see. The natural reef surrounding the island keeps the wave crashing to a minimum which makes for the clearest ocean waters I've ever seen. It doesn't matter if you want to perfect your swim by going all the way out to the reef or just wading in the water there's always something to do. The people are friendly, it's one of the safest islands in the Caribbean. Come and experience what I have fell in love with.

A piece of paradise with a couple of hickups
Loved our stay in Provodenciales - beach time and pool time. The house we stayed in was very well appointed. Was under the impression that the pool would be private but had to share it with other guests (very nice couple so no big deal) Amenities mentioned a bicycle (no bicycle there) - suggested that we go buy one! I know that electricity is expensive - but charging for air conditioning is a little petty when you pay so much. Had a great holiday overall.
Joann was very gracious host and maintains property, pool and grounds very well!
The house is a very short walk to Grace Bay Beach. The house was well appointed and sharing pool was not an issue with other guests. Only thing I was not aware of was paying separately for a/c. I thought it was included in the rental. Overall, it was a great vacation at Satori house!
I'm glad you liked my home and the four of you had a great vacation. Your tans sure showed off the beautiful weather we have in Turks and Caicos.
Sorry you missed reading my ad stating the air conditioning was charged back . "Each room has an individually controlled air-conditioning unit, when A/C is desired. (Air conditioning in the bedrooms & living are metered and charged back to the guests at cost)."
If you would have told me that you were unaware, I would have gladly refunded you the $51.00.
Absolutely beautiful home away from home that is close to a fantastic beach!
JoAnn is a wonderful hostess. When we rented I wasn’t sure about having the owner on site, but she was great to have nearby. She was an immense help with restaurant, beach, and shopping suggestions and directions. She walked the line very well between giving us privacy and being very helpful. We stayed in her 2-bedroom apartment which was well appointed and perfect for four people, although the two queens in the 2nd bedroom make it possible for six to stay. The apartment has a lovely porch where we ate breakfast each morning, and a seating area outside. Between those and the private pool, there are plenty of places to sit and relax when you get tired of sand. We felt very safe, as the entire property is fenced with a locked gate. What I consider the best beach on the island with a reef to snorkel (Bight Beach) is down the street about two blocks - walkable if you don’t have a great deal to carry. JoAnne provides beach chairs and an umbrella. There are also a few pairs of fins for snorkeling. Because this is a VRBO, you probably plan to get groceries. I suggest that you check what is in the cupboards first, as prior guests almost always leave behind items like sugar and coffee, mustard, or sandwich bags. We loved our stay at Satori, and I have no reservations what-so-ever in giving it a 5-star rating.
One further suggestion for any who have not visited Turks and Caicos before: rent a car (probably easier if done beforehand from your home). This is a large island, and the best restaurants and different beaches are certainly a few miles away from wherever you are staying. Just remember to drive on the left!
And finally, nothing is inexpensive in Turks and Caicos, but visiting this paradise is something to add to your bucket list.
The house is well maintained, very comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. A short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Joanne is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
TCI Hospitality Steps from the Beach!
Beautiful, comfortable, and secure house in a great location. JoAnn's hospitality was outstanding and we had a great time! She greeted us upon arrival and was readily available if we needed help with anything. The house has every amenity you need and it's only a short walk to a beautiful beach and reef with great snorkeling, a beach bar, and other water sports readily available. The grocery store, great restaurants, and the town of Grace Bay are only minutes away by car. Thanks again JoAnn. You and Kaiser are awesome!
Kevin, you and your party were a joy to have! We loved sharing our piece of paradise with you. I'm so glad you enjoyed your escape from the snow and the cold. I also have to thank you for leaving the villa so clean.
We stayed a week at Satori with my husband and three adult children. It was great! It was a short walk to the beach, where there we saw turtles while snorkeling, and a couple of bars/ restaurants. The house was very comfortable - complete with beach chairs, lots of beach towels, and fins. We enjoyed time in the pool as well as sitting outside in a shaded area. My son stayed in a separate room so he had his own bed, and it worked out well. JoAnn was very helpful and easy to work with. The house is close to a supermarket, so we cooked at home a few nights as well. Five stars! I totally recommend it and would go back again.
Thank you Kelly, you all were wonderful guests and are welcome anytime.
