This bright and sunny A-frame is the quintessential Netarts vacation rental cottage: casual, laid-back, but equipped with all the basics you'll need to enjoy a fantastic weekend and walk to the beach every day!
The main room has rustic wood-paneled ceilings, adding to the vintage charm of the cottage. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare the fish you caught earlier that day, and you can enjoy them at the small, sun-drenched dining table. Settle in with a good book on the comfy sofa, made even cozier with a fire in the wood stove on chilly nights. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has a twin futon, plus extra mattresses for additional guests. There's also a television with DVD player, but the best part of the house is undoubtedly the expansive wraparound deck, which is bathed in sunlight in the afternoons and the perfect place to breathe in the ocean air. The cottage is also dog-friendly, so no need to leave any family members behind (though nightly and minimum fees apply).
This charming vacation rental is just a short five minute walk to a long stretch of sandy beach, reaching all the way to Oceanside. Spend a day strolling along the sand to this quaint coastal town, or head to Netarts Bay for some of the region's best clamming, crabbing, and fishing. This charming vacation home makes a great home base to explore the riches of the Northern Oregon Coast!
A secluded private place with a good wood stove to keep you warm. Beach access in the fall and winter is limited as the high tides make it a little unsafe for your kids.
Overall this is a great location. Very well supplied Kitchen and Bath.
If repairs needed to floors and deck were done it would be great.
Also maybe a couple of screens to get a cross breeze on the warm day.
Very nice little cabin in a quiet area. Perfect relaxing getaway.
The house is conveniently located right off the main road but it set back enough that we didn't hear any traffic noises. Netarts is a small, quiet spot on the Oregon coast so it was nice to get away from the larger crowds at some of the bigger cities on the coast. The house was in decent shape, looked a little worn down from the outside but the inside was comfortable and didn't feel rundown at all. We'd stay here again!
Was able to set up shop and work remotely with my phone as wifi hotspot. The stress of work melted away with the view and frequent walks on the beach. A good place to recharge. Enjoyed meeting the locals up at Upstairs. The fish sandwich is killer.
Thanks for having this place available to pets! Wouldn't have been here without it.
Although this cabin and furnishings have seen better days, it was fine. Sitting out on the deck, one can catch a glimpse of the beach and it's a great location. We were comfortable and will return here.
