ABSOLUTELY NO 2 NIGHT STAYS. Three IS THE MINIMUM and only in the OFF SEASON(Oct - June) A WEEK LONG MINIMUM IN THE SUMMER (Mid June -October 1). Catalina Island is only 1 hour from Long Beach by Catalina Express Boats. The town is called Avalon and you can walk all over town - no need to drive! This is a nice place to enjoy quiet and walking to all the Island has to offer. This is a cute cottage on a street that does not allow through traffic. Fully furnished with everything needed for a family except beach equipment (towels, chairs, etc.). Two queen sized beds and two twins plus a pull out couch....Monthly rental is only available from Jan 2 thru May 15. Weekly rentals all year. No weekends or 3 day stays in the summer.

On the only NON-THROUGH street on the island. Quiet! The entrance and exits are video monitored. It is fully furnished with linens and appliances. Cleaning & Taxes are included in the rent. 3 bedrooms/2 baths @ $2300 in the summer months.

About the owner: I am a Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX Select One in Huntington Beach. We have owned in Catalina since 1972, so we love this Island and so do our Grandchildren. We love pets, but DO NOT ALLOW THEM ON ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES. (even our own stay home when we come there) It is difficult for those with allergies to visit after you and your pets have been there. No Smoking!
Why the Owner Chose Avalon, CA, USA:
We have several properties in Avalon and think it is a unique area for vacationing. Our children and their children love coming here and if it were not for them, I probably would have sold it by now. BUT they keep coming, so we hold it for them.
The Unique Benefits at this Bungalow:
Quiet area with Mini golf close by. I love the fact that I can walk wherever I want to go on the Island. There is a bit of a "yard", so you can barbeque there and there is a picnic bench in the back where small children might enjoy their lunch.
