Alarm Clock Walkway to Water We do not have boat slips, however, boats can be tied to the dock. Boat launch is just across the bay at the old Wolf Bay Lodge. We have bass skiffs, bicycles, canoes and kayaks for rental. We have a clubroom with lounging area and pool table, large screen TV, and fitness equipment. Wheelchair accessible in that we have elevators, however, the unit doors are heavy. NO PETS

Very Nice

Very nice water front property with nice amenities. Spacious, clean, well stocked rooms. Elevator with carts. Easy check-in process. While I appreciate the quietness, it is a vacation destination. Our group was chased out of the pool before 10:00pm curfew for being too loud. Actually, I was on the 3rd floor and could not hear them. They were playing volleyball.

Owner's Response: The guests were not chased out of the pool and they were not playing volleyball. They were partying and drinking with loud music at the pool. They were simply asked to turn the music off or use headphones. The pool is an amenity for all guests and tenants to enjoy. We promote our property as a "peaceful, quiet environment" where people can come and relax and get away from all the typical noise and activity that goes on at the beach. Our rental terms clearly indicate this destination is not for those wanting to "party." Just because she couldn't hear the music and noise from the third floor with all the windows and doors closed doesn't mean that it wasn't disturbing the guests that were on the first floor (directly next to the pool). Sound carries on the water, and our property is by the water with only a narrow bay between us and our neighbors. We could hear the music and noise as we were approaching the property on the boat (even over the loud boat motor). This property is surrounded by residential properties, it is not at the beach surrounded by businesses. In fact, we are the only commercial property here and we believe in being "good neighbors" and keeping the noise down for peaceful enjoyment of all residents and guests.

Hidden Paradise!

Wolf Bay Condominiums is a hidden paradise! We stayed in a 3 BR 3 BA that was super clean. The rooms are huge with great views of Wolf Bay. Perfect place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. If you are looking for a quite relaxed atmosphere this is it! We took our boat and enjoyed fishing and crabbing. We also rented kayaks and explored the creeks that feed the bay. We will definitely go back!!

Very Nice & Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at Wolf Bay. The property is set back in a quiet location on the bay. The view from your balcony is quite pretty and serene. The 3 BR unit was quite spacious, updated, decorated nicely, clean and worked well for my family of 5. We enjoyed fishing along the boardwalk too. If you are looking for a place off the beatin' path, this is it. Would highly recommend and would return here as well.

I liked the spacious cupboards in the kitchen.

Nice place. Nice tenants. Nice pool table. Nice kitchen. I owe you 2 bottles of spices. Also a wash cloth which was packed in error with my bathroom stuff. these will be returned at out earliest conveince.

Everything was perfect!

Everything about our trip was perfect and easy!!! Ms. Ellis was fabulous and very professional. The reservation process was smooth and, when we let her know we would be late arriving, she waited in her office so that she could welcome us personally. The condo was BIG, very well furnished, and extremely comfortable. The view of the bay from our balcony was breathtaking! Ms. Ellis mentioned that you can frequently see dolphins in this portion of the bay. We didn't see any but we saw a lot of wildlife (lots of fish, birds, and deer) and the sunrises were unbelievable! If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is your place. If you just want a beautiful place to stay, this is your place. If you just want some peace and quiet, this is your place. You can't go wrong at Wolf Bay Landing! Thank you, Ms. Ellis!!!
