The entire interior, from bedrooms to bathrooms, has been updated and upgraded to be one of the nicest units in the whole resort. A corner unit on the 4th floor, the layout spans the entire width of the building, and gives you a huge space to relax and spread out. Get the best of both views, with a large private balcony looking out towards the beach and Gulf, and giving a totally unobstructed view of the most magnificent sunsets in the world, and a second smaller private balcony off the master bedroom giving you a first-class view of Boca Ciega bay.

--Two queen size beds in the master bedroom.

--Two full size beds in the second bedroom.

--The master bath has been remodeled with a glass block walk-in shower, updated fixtures, and double sinks.

--The second full bath is spacious and updated, and provides plenty of space for additional guests.

--Large granite-top dining room table, new couches, and a big flat screen TV.

Sea Breeze is a true beachfront resort, with plenty of parking, year-round heated pool and spa, and a large deck for relaxing. We provide beach chairs, and a few beach toys for your use. Free WIFI and cable TV.

We had a wonderful stay at 408 Sea Breeze. My nephew and his wife were visiting from Nova Scotia, Canada; and it was so nice for all of us to be together right on the beach and watching the beautiful sunset together. We enjoyed our entire stay despite the cool weather. The condo exceeded our expectations and was exceptionally neat and clean - a great home away from home. Thank you so much for arranging this for us.

Fabulous Stay at Sea Breeze 408

I can not say enough great things about this condo rental! It was excellent! From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had made a great choice. It was even better than expected! The photos do not do it justice. It was very clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfy and linens were tidy. The whole place just smelled fresh, clean and inviting.

The kitchen was well stocked with all essential cookware and utensils. The condo is very spacious and would be ideal for family groups or adults. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults.

There are plenty of chairs on the balcony to take in the view. It was a nice added bonus that there were beach chairs, beach towels and even a small foam cooler for us to use during our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Love it - three years in a row

This is our third year staying at 408 Sea Breeze. It was an awesome place to stay. Location, Location, Location. On the 4th floor, great views. Near John's Pass so you can have a morning or evening walk. The condo is large enough to fit 6 people without getting on each other's nerves.

Liz is a wonderful person to work with to arrange your vacation.

Girls Trip

This condo is very nice and clean. Views are amazing. Would highly recommend. The location is perfect just minutes to John's Pass with tons of restaurants and shops.

Nice having a hot tub and pool ocean side.

Only recommendation is a few more kitchen items, such as hot pads, a little tricky getting items out of the oven.

You won't be disappointed if you rent this condo!

Home away from home

Our unit was 408 and i will request it next time! It was spaceous with a master bedroom and master suite, as well as another large bedroom with two beds for the kiddos! We didn't ever have to use their bathroom in the hall since the master had one! The unit had new appliances ibcludibg dishwasher and side by side refrigerator. The large private balcony on back overlooked the ocean and beautiful beach! In the master, there is a door to a private front balcony that looked to the bay! The unit was just perfect and comfortable! It was only a short walk down the street to Johns Pass, which was probably the coolest hangout & shopping area! Jogns Pass has incredible restaurants too!

The only thing that bothered us was that the pool rules specifically say "closed at dusk". It was not enforced though. There were people drinking and swimming until late hours making noise. We are a young family with 12 year old girls, and certainly understand it's their vacation too. However, the rules are there for a reason, to prevent any injury and for the consideration of others. I just wish people followed the rules, is all. Love Sea Breeze, though, and we WILL be back!

Beautiful Condo

This is our 2nd year staying in this condo and we will definitely stay again. There is plenty of room to sleep 8 people, well equipped kitchen and a fabulous view.
