Welcome to Perdido Bay Beach House! Our lovely waterfront 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath townhouse is located on scenic Perdido Bay. What's unique about Perdido Bay Beach House? There are several things that make Perdido Bay Beach House unique:

~ Our waterfront home features Two (2) Master Suites! Each bedroom has a King-size bed, attached, full bathroom and flat screen cable TV. Bdrm #1 overlooks scenic Perdido Bay and Bdrm #2 overlooks the pool!

~ The pool is just a few short steps fom your front door when you stay at Perdido Bay Beach House! So convenient for guests with kids who enjoy the pool! Forget something in the unit, such as sunscreen? Need to grab water or a snack for the kids? You can be back inside the unit in less than 2 minutes!

~ Scenic Perdido Bay is just outside your door! Hear soothing surf sounds, watch the pelicans fish in the bay, walk along the sandy beach to find seashells, feel the bay breezes from the covered area at ground level and on the 2 bayfront balconies!

~ Bdrm # 1 - King-size bed, en suite bath, cable TV, and balcony with terrific view of Perdido Bay;

~ Bdrm # 2 - King-size bed, en suite bath, cable TV, and lovely view of the pool;

~ The 3rd sleeping area is the queen size sofa sleeper in the Den;

~ All three TVs feature cable TV with approx 70 channels, no movie channels;

~ Den features sofa which converts to Queen-size sleeper, loveseat, and large flat screen TV, plus DVD player;

~ There's a balcony off of the den with great views of Perdido Bay, plus a patio table with seating for 4;

~ The kitchen is well equipped and features gorgeous granite countertops, electric range/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cabinet-style pantry;

~ Also located on the main level are a 1/2 bath and fullsize washer & dryer;

~ The 1st level of the townhouse features the covered parking, outdoor storage closet with crab traps and fishing poles for the use of our guests.

NOTE: Guests are responsible to secure equipment and leave equipment in good condition for the next guests. We do not maintain the crab traps and fishing equipment between guest stays.

At ground level is also where you will find the front door of our home which leads to the foyer and built-in stairway to the living (2nd) level.

~ The 2nd level (or living level) features the kitchen, dining area, den, 1/2 bath, balcony, washer & dryer;

~ The 3rd level features both master bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the 2nd balcony.

The Perdido Bay Beach House is NOT pet friendly. Sorry! The HOA does not allow pet stays for guests.

Our home is a smoke-free vacation rental home, so there is NO SMOKING allowed inside the townhouse.

This is a beautiful home. Lovely area. Pool close by. Several beaches near by. Their is a flight of stairs up to living room and a flight up to bedrooms a good work out. We enjoyed our stay.

Annual Perdido get away!

We had a great time once again. This was our 3rd time at the Bay front Condo. The balconies both overlook the bay and are literally 10' from the water. The condo is well maintained and well equipped. The pool is only about 40' away. We tend to spend a lot of time down at the beach which is only a few miles away and we love hitting up the local restaurants. We plan to keep coming back every year.

Amazing!

Loved this place! Definately want to go back. The view was amazing. The swimming pool was visable from the front windows so we could enjoy a little down time while our kids went swimming. We have 3 boys 15, 11,9 lots to do. Great little place with a great view
