The W Hotel Fort Lauderdale is beach front, centrally located in the heart of the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort area.

This privately owned Residence is located at the W Fort Lauderdale. The 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom unit is beautifully decorated, located on the 22nd floor, with views of the ocean and intra-coastal from the units three terraces.

The Residence is equipped with: jetted bathtub, full kitchen (with all cook ware, plate ware, utensils, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, automatic coffee maker, blender, tea kettle), washer + dryer inside of the unit, hotel basic cable T.V., DVD player, iPod dock for music, Bang & Olufsen stereo, wireless internet, safe, towels, linens, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap).

Many restaurants and activities are located near the hotel. The W Hotel has the Living Room Bar (with pool table), Whiskey Blue Bar, Spa, Fitness Center, Boutique shop, and two swimming pools for your enjoyment.

Please keep in mind that this is a privately owned residence. Valet for one car, wireless internet, and exit cleaning are provided. Additional housekeeping services can be provided at a nominal fee.

Geanie Arciga, Owner of GEANIE, began managing residences at the Hotel while she was a resident of the Hotel, and was part of the residential sales team. She has managed this unit since its conception, and has worked alongside the Owner to host travelers.

GEANIE is owned and operated by My Geanie LLC, a Florida Real Estate Brokerage. We currently manage privately owned residences at the W Hotel Fort Lauderdale.

W fort lauderdale residences

Just got back from 5 night stay with our 3 young children (5,4, and 2). The place is incredible. Fully equipped, excellent amenities, beautiful pools, great location. All of the perks of a great hotel - room service, valet parking, use of the pools, ability to charge things to the room, but with the amenities of a condo - washer/dryer, full kitchen. Negatives were related to the service at the hotel, which is poor overall. It took a full hour for our luggage to be sent up from the car on check-in, which is only a big deal because our flight was significantly delayed and all the kids' sleeping parephernalia was in our suitcases. It also took over 30 minutes to check in to our room, which was tough with 3 young children. In any case, it is easy to find fault with things they did wrong, but they did hundreds of things right. The valet service was great. The pools were heated perfectly. The condo is spectacular, with an amazing view and 3 balcony sections with seating. There was housekeeping available for $85/day, and the bedrooms were separated by sliding doors that do not provide sound privacy. Huge unit. Beautiful beach across the A1A. Very close to the inter coastal waterway. Very close to the airport (15 minute drive). Would definitely recommend, and would definitely return.

The Residences at W Fort Lauderdale is located on A1A and Bayshore Drive. The beach is right across the street. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from the beach vendors. Restaurants and shops are all along the beach. Las Olas is about 5 minutes away from the building. Fort Lauderdale is a beach town.
