About Chris Grasso

My partner and I live in Washington, DC. We have been going to Provincetown every summer for the past 15 years, so we finally decided to take the plunge and buy a place.

Chris Grasso purchased this condo in 2014

Why Chris Grasso chose Cape Cod

We wanted to be as close to the water as possible, but still have enough space to feel comfortable, and to have friends stay. This was the perfect combination.

What makes this condo unique

We love being 60 seconds from the beach, and being on the part of the Commercial Street where there are no building on the beach side. It's close enough to enjoy all the action in town, but just far enough to give us total peace and quiet when we want it. Being next door to the Harbor Hotel makes it feel like a resort -- total access to their pool, deck, restaurant, outdoor fire pit and deck. Pretty amazing.

Even Bigger and More Comfortable Than Expected

  • 5 of 5

The weather during my stay wasn't the best, so I spent a lot of time in this condo: it was even bigger and more comfortable than I expected. The location is amazing -- the access to the beach can't be beat, and it's a short trip into town -- and the owner was very responsive to the few questions I had. If/when I return to Provincetown I will definitely rent this property again. Highly recommended!

Great spot in P-town

  • 4 of 5

Clean, bright and open without all the clutter I have found in other rentals. Right on water and hotel across street has pool that can be used. We loved our stay here. Beds were comfortable and he supplies sheets and towels which is not common. Would go back. The only down side is that the bathroom is a bit dated, but it did not bother me really.

Glorious Family memories created

  • 5 of 5

When searching for your family vacation, you have to consider so many points....the first and foremost is where to stay. I came across this condo at and fell in love instantly...who couldn't adore a beach vacation with the beach at your finger tips. This condo has everything...comfortable beds...better than any 5 star hotel I've been in....full kitchen, clean bathrooms and best of all...the kindest owner. Chris was kind, respectful, intuitive, and beyond helpful. We picked our date, and his turn around time to answer all our questions is less than an hour!

This condo is perfect. We had brought our bikes and rode to town at lease twice a day. The convenience between the cape cod tourist spots like whale watching, para sailing, hiking to see seals, and so many galleries is at your command. Then to be on the beach to spend late nights hunting for crabs brought more smiles to our sons face.

This infact was our first trip to cape cod...and while there are so many quaint towns and sites to see our family never left Provincetown....and to be honest, we wish we could have stayed the whole summer.

If you are looking for a peace of heaven by the ocean....where you can get lost in a book while eating yet another lobster roll this is your destination....we will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Condo!

  • 5 of 5

We usually stay in a hotel during our annual summer vacation to Provincetown and this was the first time we decided to rent a condo. Initially, I was a little apprehensive as to whether the experience would be a good fit for us. Before we arrived, Chris provided us with all the check-in info that we would need plus other P-town info that we might find useful. As we entered, we quickly noticed how neat and clean the entire unit was. The rooms were spacious and we especially loved the patio. The neighbors were quiet and respectful, which we also appreciated. The beach is right across the street and is only a few steps away. During our stay, I contacted Chris a few times with minor questions which he promptly responded to. A couple days after we checked out, Chris let us know that he had refunded our damage deposit. Awesome! We very much enjoyed out stay at the condo and will definitely be contacting Chris for next year's stay!

Condo was clean, well equiped, and comfortable.

  • 5 of 5

Rental process was easy and owner was very responsive. The location is perfect for access to tidal flat beach across street and short drive to downtown. Condo was as advertised and very comfortable. Love the bent wood sitting chairs! Owners in development are friendly toward renters. Would stay again and recommend to others without hesitation.

Wonderful retreat Great location

  • 5 of 5

The condo is located at the quiet east end of town across the street from wonderful tidal flats that make for a wonderful walk or place to put your beach chair at low tide. It's a quick and easy bike ride to town center and we oftened walked it as well especially on gallery night. Great location for getting to the national seashore, herring cove and race point. Chris did a lovely job furnishing and renovating and the condo is comfortable clean bright and airy. He is a very responsive and accommodating host. We can't wait to go back next summer and will definately rent again hopefully for longer !!!

Thanks Chris
