Nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, in Los Angeles, adjacent to South Pasadena and downtown Los Angeles, 1 block west of Alhambra is this brand-new beautifully landscaped Condo.

It features hard wood flooring throughout. The ground floor has the living room with adjoining kitchen and formal dining area as well as a powder room. The second floor has the 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with gas-stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, plenty of pots and pans, glassware, flatware and cooking utensils.

There is a 4-burner Gas BBQ grill as well(with extra side burner for frying etc) -

Fabulous Stay

I brought a group of students and we all loved this house. While it is behind a gate on a main road, the neighborhood is quite adorable. The house is clean, comfortable, stylish with everything we needed to cook and get washed up. Anju responded to any needs quickly and efficiently. Getting into Los Angeles was easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs!

family vacation

We were 2 families and there was enough space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The oven needs some tending too though and one of the air mattresses needed to be refilled with air daily. We also found that the air conditioner in the master bedroom was a little loud but I suppose there isn't much you can do about that.

We found that whenever we had a concern or a question, it was answered and fixed almost immediately which we appreciated! For the most part, our stay was here was very good and would stay again. As mentioned in one of the other posts before, the neighborhood doesn't look very nice, but the house itself was beautiful! We would stay here again.

Rose Parade Stay in Lovely Alhambra (Pasadena) Apartment

Four of us stayed at the town home in Alhambra and enjoyed the stay very much. The home itself is wonderful, nicely decorated, new and well appointed. The welcome basket and wine were very 'welcoming'. The home has some minor quirks but they were easily handled by us. There were plenty of essentials and necessities (towels, cutlery, dishes, detergents, etc.) in the home for our use.

The area where the property is located is not the best (why it's only 4, not 5 stars) but the home itself makes up for it. We did some walking in the area and felt comfortable. The ability to park the car in the garage was great. Getting in and out was not an issue and the drive to Pasadena is short and direct. LA itself, well...LA is traffic central, right?

NOTE: (NOT RELATED TO THIS RENTAL) If coming here for the Rose Parade and/or Bowl, do NOT take the transit bus. The Metro ran on a holiday schedule, and it seemed all the bus drivers were on holiday ;-) Strongly suggest taking a cab OR driving and reserving a parking spot. We tried the bus but ended up taking a taxi as no buses showed up even though the Metro app showed buses due to arrive, they never did. Taxi from here is about $15-$20 to Colorado & Fair Oaks. Reserved Parking is about $25-$30 in Old Pasadena close to Colorado Blvd.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should the Lessee wish to cancel, notice of cancellation must be in writing or via e-mail and received by Leaser 60 days prior to check in date. If cancellation notice is received more than 60 days in advance of arrival date, Leaser will refund all of the reservation deposit minus processing fee of $100. If cancellation notice is received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date and if the town home is rented at the same rate to another party, Leaser will refund all of Lessee’s deposit. If the town home is not re-rented, Leaser will retain the entire payment received. Please know that Leaser will make every reasonable effort to re-rent the town home.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
