This is pure luxury. Rustic beams carry the vaulted living room ceiling from the hot tub deck to the large stone fireplace. The large windows have a commanding view across the valley to the 13,500' peaks of the San Sophia ridge.
Master - The master suite has a corner fireplace and a super comfortable king bed. The master bath includes a relaxing jetted tub and two showers.
Guest Master - The main level guest suite can be set up with a king bed or two single beds and has an attached bath.
Bedroom #3 - Upstairs, the guest room has a queen bed and the bonus game/TV room has the most comfortable queen sized pull out sleeper sofa. No more springs and saggy mattresses.
Our private ski-in/ski-out access path is a short walk up the heated street. If you end up skiing into the Village or the town, you can ride the free gondola back to Trails Edge.

Telluride deserves its reputation as having the most dramatic views in Colorado. The ski mountain is huge with acres of skiing for every ability. Excellent skiers will find new challenges and Lift 10 provides new skiers with miles of gliding. Telluride's free gondola transit system is unique. It runs from 7:30 in the morning until mid-night and beyond. The gondola station across the road provides a 3 minute ride to the center of the Mountain Village or a 15 minute ride over the 10,500 foot ridge and down to the town of Telluride in the valley below.
What makes this Condo unique
From the lobby or the heated garage, the elevator delivers you directly into this penthouse condominium. This condominium sits comfortably several stories above the single family homes below, so nothing interferes with the dramatic views. It has flat panel TVs in the living room and each of the bedrooms. There is a large gas fireplace in the living room and a smaller fireplace in the master suite. The recycled chestnut lockers in the ski room provide an old world atmosphere as you pull on your boots and head out to the slopes.

12 Trails Edge Lane #10 - Fantastic!
Beautiful view! Great ski-in and out access! Very short walk to grocery store and free Gondola system. The property was nicely upscale and very comfortable. It was perfect!
Enjoyed our Spring stay with 4 kids and my wife. Plenty of space and great accomodations. Kitchen was well stocked for eating in but the location to the Gondola to get to the store and the Village was excellent. Approximately 100 yds to the ski run that was easily accomplished. Overall a great experience and we will likely return next year if available.
We had a wonderful stay at 12 Trails Edge -- the condo was spacious, modern and clean and just steps from the slopes and also extremely close to the Gondola and grocery store. We will be back - it was seamless.
They should charge more
The place is really perfect and a steal for the price. My family has pretty high standard and everyone was happy. The unit has tons of room and is relatively new and very well maintained. The location is just perfect, especially for skiing. When I booked it, I was a little worried because the price seemed cheap for what is essentially a four bedroom until (the 4th bedroom however can only be used by a kid). But it was great.
Amazing property and amazing location
This penthouse condo is perfect for a group of 2 families with children. There are 2 master suites with high-end furniture, fixtures, bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom and bonus room with luxury sofabed are perfect for children. The appliances are topnotch, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the layout is perfect. The elevator opens up directly into the unit which is nice. The ski locker area downstairs is so convenient. The location of the condo is an easy 3 minute walk (even with young children) to the market and gondola station. Or you can ski in to the end of the street/driveway off Double Cabins ski run. Can't ask for a better location. Paige and Bruce were so helpful throughout our stay and in planning for our trip. We can't wait to come back next year!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Location is perfect, views are majestic and overall a wonderful place for our family to enjoy Christmas. Paige was very accommodating and helpful in every way. We look forward to returning.
