About Bonnie at the Bungalow

My husband, Kent, and I have lived in Pasadena since 1991. We love and enjoy this area with it's natural beauty, magnificent architecture, cultural events, wonderful neighborhoods, and so many things to do and see. Although living here for over 20 years we are still surprised by the treasures we find. Kent works as an optical engineer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and I home-school our two children in this vibrant and creative community. I'm here to answer any of your questions about the area and/or The Bungalow.

Why Bonnie at the Bungalow chose Pasadena

This unique bungalow offers a bit of everything. It's location is very central . You can take pleasant walks to places you need to go, or just for fun. The 1922 craftsman bungalow style is quintessential Pasadena, which makes it very charming and attractive. It is private, quite and discrete and has been updated to include all the comforts of home.

What makes this bungalow unique

Location. Privacy. Charm. Comfort. Convenience. Connectivity.

The perfect spot for our Pasadena visit

  • 5 of 5

What a perfect spot for my husband and me to regroup after a family cruise and to settle in for a few more days of time with family in the area. This little bungalow was everything the photos showed it to be and all the description said it was, and the owner quick to respond to any questions that arose. We've already recommended it to others and would be happy to stay there again.

Look no further for Rose Parade housing!

  • 5 of 5

4 of us came to Pasadena to watch our child march in the Tournament of Roses Parade and we could not be more pleased with The Bungalow. The house is the perfect size for a family of 4. It is quaint and cozy and had everything we needed for a week Lon stay! We were 1.5 blocks from the parade route so we walked and avoided traffic! Pasadena is close enough to all the theme parks, beaches, botanical gardens, grocery stores - you name it, it’s close by! Bonnie was very attentive to our needs, responded to our texts quickly, offered restaurant suggestions and checked in frequently to ensure all was going well. Even if you aren’t coming for the Rose Parade, this is a great place and budget friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Cute and convenient

  • 5 of 5

Our family (two adults and two kids) stayed at this cute bungalow while visiting our family for Thanksgiving. It's in a charming row of historic houses and the location was convenient to all the places we needed to go in Los Angeles and Pasadena. The kids had lots of fun in the loft, and we also enjoyed the private back patio. Thanks so much!

The property is in a safe area! A little street with a few bungelows. Some nicer than others.

  • 5 of 5

The inside of the house is great! Small but adorable - perfect for two adults! The loft can accommodate children but the ladder is needed! Bonnie has done a great job, super clean and so much better than a hotel! She is extremely helpful and always available for any question you have! Would not hesitate at all and parking was not a problem although it was on the street parking!
