Palm Beach Club, Unit 112 is a secure, gated, quiet, residential development located directly on & beside the unspoiled Gulf Islands National Seashore and entrance to Fort Pickens National Park. As the pictures show, it has a unique location with the best of 3 worlds: Gulf, sound & National seashore. gulf view from guest bedroom, kitchen & front door, and access to private residential beach on Gulf 100 yards across Fort Pickens rd. Your backyard adjoins the unspoiled sugar white sand of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Since it is the last complex on the island, you are away from the traffic, chaos and crowded beaches. The special location of this waterfront complex allows you to enjoy from both of your waterfront balconies: the Blue Angels flying overhead for their weekly, seasonal practices, dolphins and sea turtles playing in the emerald blue salt water sound & the sound of the salt waver waves breaking on your private beach. An additional bonus of your salt water sound access is that you can enjoy it safely during times when the Gulf is experiencing unpredictable dangerous riptides, therefore no interruption to your vacation enjoyment!

Please note: 24hrs security guard on site, this is not a spring break or college rental.

This private complex is located 1 mile away from the Pensacola Boardwalk & has free trolley access to the entire island directly in front of the complex.

Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a refrigerator with a dispenser for filtered water & ice cubes. A Full size washer & brand new dryer are inside the unit for your convenience. Brand new Smart TV in living room & TV's in all bedrooms.

Unit 112 has much natural light with the entire back of unit composed of floor-ceiling hurricane glass facing the emerald blue salt water sound with 2 private balconies. One balcony is off the living room and the second balcony is off the master bedroom. This unit has plenty of room for guests to spread out: 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi tub, 4 large storage closets, large equipped kitchen & wet bar with ample counter space and plenty of cabinets, 3 separate eating areas: counter bar with stools, table which expands to seat 8 & an additional pub style with seating for 4, open living room & additional waterfront glass atrium living/dining/relaxing space.

Unit 112 accommodates 6: King bed in master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has bunk beds which includes one Full bed & 2 separate twin beds as pictured.

This unit includes for your convenience beach chairs, boogie boards , ocean & pool floats, sand toys, small fish nets, pool noodles, & a waterfront swimming pool with a gazebo.

Unit 112 is easily accessible on the first floor by an elevator or a short flight of stairs and consists of one flat level of living, with no stairs to navigate or impede mobility inside the condominium. The Palm Beach Club is not a high rise & is a gated, code accessed only, secure facility with maintenance and property management on site to ensure a worry free vacation. Please remember to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment during personal or weather emergencies.

Directly under the unit, are 2 covered parking spaces, storage for your beach equipment,bikes, etc and a beach sand rinsing area, all monitored by a security system.,

Both the Florida Trail for biking and the free Pensacola Beach trolley are located in front of the complex. The active Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, various waterfront restaurants/pubs, waverunners, para-sailing, go-carts, mini-golf, live music & additional activities are located 1.0 miles away. Surfboards, paddleboards, fishing gear, canoes, bikes, & kayaks can be delivered directly to your location since you are right on the sal water.

Unit 112 is professionally managed 24/7 with an onsite property manager with over 18 years experience providing you with 24/7 property support, guest services & management for any questions/concerns arising and is a safe & secure resource for both scheduling & payment features. The

Perfect Location-will stay again!

Truly a beach location, made this our best vacation-Since you are literally surrounded by 3 beaches, it is very easy to either enjoy the gulf waves, or the calmer sound waves or the natural gulf islands beach in just a few steps. It's obvious the owners care about this unit as it has been recently updated, is modern, clean and I could see sand and ocean from every window:) We will definitely return.

Nice sized, clean condo with lots of room, comfortable beds, and Gorgeous views and Sunsets!

The location was great and quiet being away from most of the hustle and bustle, but easy access to All the activities, shopping, and restaurants, Gated, Safe community with covered parking, which is kept up along with the grounds.

Very easy access to the beaches on the bay and gulf, with wash areas for your feet, beach accessories, and your vehicle,

Any issues or questions were taken care of immediately and with a pleasant and gracious manner.

The only thing we found to be a Problem was the early check out of 9:00 on the dot, when most check outs are 11:00. Especially trying to get out on the day of the Blue Angel Show with ALL the extra traffic and crowds! We were stuck with nowhere to go, nowhere to park, and in the heat. We even packed our suitcases and car the night before, which took away from enjoying our last night there.

I lived here years ago and was excited to return and share the area and beautiful beach with my family. They fell in love with it and want to have more vacations here!

Seeing the Blue Angels again and having my family see them was an Extra Bonus!

Beautiful Property & Exquisite Location!

This was truly our favorite vacation to date-completely due to this beautiful, clean, modern beach vacation property & its location steps from both the gorgeous Gulf & its backyard being the calm Salt water Sound. The trolley stop in front of our complex was very convenient & took you all over the island. The location is also private, at the end of Pensacola beach island, so you do not have crowded beaches since it is located connected to the Gulf Islands National Seashore & Fort Pickens National Park.

A true beach escape!

Too many perks to describe it all~ From the 10 steps to your own private beach, snorkeling on site, perfect sunsets from either of your two balconies or beach, quiet location (literally on the end of the island), I felt like I was on my own tropical island. Only a mile away is the Portofino Boardwalk with shops, restaurants, wave runners, parasailing, go carts, etc. I needed more than a week to cover it all!

The place was nicely decorated, spacious, and conveniently located.

My family and I loved staying here. The free trolley picked up and dropped off right outside the property, the beach was directly across the street but we spent the majority of our time in the bay. The girls could walk 30 yards out and the water was no higher than their waists. Lots of fish, hermit crabs, and dolphin sightings. To make things even better, they could run right up to the condo and back to the bay in a matter of minutes. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to rent it again.

2nd time staying here even better!

This family condominium is constantly being updated & maintained, providing a clean and comfortable vacation stay. I love the location of this condominium since it is not near the pool noise allowing us to hear the ocean waves through both our living room & master bedroom waterfront decks. Can't wait to stay here again! Having the property management company being local on the island made our check in, questions, and entire stay easy:)
