Beautiful house with gorgeous scenery. Came for a reunion with co-workers and ex-co-workers who are like family. This was a wonderful place. We hate to leave. Thank you!

What a view!

  • 4 of 5

This house is great! The views are spectacular! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the bedding in the master bedroom. There was no blanket on the bed, the flat sheet was a queen on the king bed. Housekeeping had to know it was the wrong size when they made the bed. So the first night we were there we had to use towels to cover up. The heavy comforter would have been too much. I called the next day and asked for a king blanket but they never brought us one. We found a couple of extra small blankets in the other bedrooms so we solved the issue ourselves. But with a rental of this caliber you shouldn't have to do that.

That problem aside, everything else was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked. the home is very comfortable. It was great for the six of us.

We Love to Cook!

  • 4 of 5

We chose Eagles Landing because it was large enough to accommodate a crowd, had beautiful views, and was near RMNP. The drive up the hill, thouigh, was a bit of a shock, especially the first time, and after arriving in one piece, we were not inclined to go back out, for the 15 minute drive into Town. As a result, we did mostly cook and eat in, the entire time we were there.

If the House sleeps 10, there could be a couple of larger pots.

A small food processor, like the B & D Handichopper, would be welcome.

The coffee maker was adequate, but small.

Instructions on making the televisions, with satellite channels, work, would be appreciated.

On the whole, though, a great vacation. Memorable.

columbus review

The house was great! The view was awesome! Our family really enjoyed our time there. We did have a few issues though. We had to call twice to request toilet paper and we didn't have enough 33 gal trash bags so couldn't put all of our trash in the correct bags before we left. Plus the road to the house was going to be

Closed from 9 - noon on wednesday so we all left before 9 which meant we didn't get a chance to get all the towels washed. The coffee pot didn't work so the repair guy brought a new one out. Lastly the jacuzzi started up during the first night st 3 am. !

Very nice house with extraordinary views

  • 5 of 5

This was a great place for our family vacation. There are 8 of us and the house was very comfortable. We felt like the deck really needed umbrellas for shade, but other than that it was perfect.
