Guestbook comments from the owner

We loved it here so much that we stayed 3 days. The sound of the Blue River outside our room was so pleasant, we kept the sliding door open all night. This condo was an added surprise to the beauty of Breckenridge. So pleasant, it was almost like home. Had everything we needed & more, like the washer/dryer. Also enjoyed the patio overlooking the Blue River. What more could we ask for? How about another trip for maybe a week or two????

MLK weekend stay

  • 5 of 5

The room was clean and conveniently located downstairs. The owners were very easy to communicate with and issued my refund for damage deposit within a couple of days of our departure. I definitely recommend staying in this unit.

Great stay!

  • 5 of 5

Working with Diana was so easy. She was easy to get a hold of and was able to answer all our questions. We stayed at the condo for 4 nights and it was the PERFECT location. Right at the end of four o'clock run so all you had to do was walk across the street to the lodge. 1 block off main street and everything is within a short walking distance, which is doable even in the cold! Never drove once while we stayed there, the free ride shuttle was a great option to get to different peaks during the day and you could walk to all the bars and restaurants.

The condo itself is perfect for a couple and the price can't be beat. The kitchen is well equipped if you need to make anything and there are plenty of towels to shower with and use for the hot tub or pool. Having the washer and dryer is great to wash all your ski clothes after a long day.The tv is a tad small for having to sit so far away from it on the couch, but that was the only downside of the place.

For the location and the price, you can't find a better deal in Breckenridge!
