New 2 bedroom condo (sleeps 4) located in the Marina of Puerto Vallarta. The recently completed, contemporary Nima Bay is the newest residence in the Marina and a very sophisticated addition to the area.

- The Nima Bay complex also features a trendy retail area of shops, eateries, and a very nice liquor store anchored by Starbuck’s.

- It is a 5 minute drive from the airport, a 10 minute drive to downtown Puerto Vallarta, and within 5 minutes of easy walking to large grocery store, many dining and other shopping options. - Perfect location in Puerto Vallarta for your holiday - close to downtown, but without the congestion.

- Beach access is a 10 minute walk away or purchase day passes from the Westin and Marriot hotels for use of their beach club, pools and towels for 250 to 350 pesos which includes credit for food (kids pay half price).

BEDROOMS (MASTER BEDROOM AND SECOND BEDROOM)

Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening onto a terrace which overlooks the Marina Golf Course. The bedrooms are outfitted with black out shades for sleeping in late. Both bedrooms also have their own remote controlled AC unit. The Master Bedroom features a King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, credenza/desk and easy chair. Plenty of closet space and bathroom with walk in shower and long vanity with 2 sinks are part of the Master Suite. The Second Bedroom features 2 Twin beds, built in closets, credenza/desk and chair. Bathroom is just outside the door and also features walk in shower. This bathroom doubles as the main bathroom for the condo.

TERRACE

Sliding glass doors from the living room/dining room area lead to the terrace which overlooks the Puerto Vallarta Marina and features comfortable seating/dining area for 4. From here you have spectacular views of the Marina with the Sierra Madres in the background and the Vallarta city lights at night.

KITCHEN

Fully furnished kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave oven, oven, cook-top range, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Well-stocked cupboards provide a full range of cookware, dinnerware and glassware.

Water purification system in kitchen makes buying and hauling bottled water unnecessary.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM

Colorfully and tastefully decorated living room features comfortable sofa and chairs, LCD flat panel TV, CD/DVD player, IPOD connection and AC.

While this condo is available for rent most of the year, we also like to spend a few weeks here because of its fabulous location. Everything is well maintained and immaculately clean. Great condo on the Marina!

I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and the whole Nima Bay complex is brand new and really nice. Very modern. There's a great view of the mountains and marina in the front and the golf course in the back. With the doors open there was a nice breeze all week so no need to use the A/C at all even though the temps were in the mid 80's. Everything you could possibly need is in walking distance: grocery store, liquor store, shopping, restaurants, bars etc. The Marina area is really nice, and close to the airport as well.

The owners took the time to pick me up from the airport and get me acquainted with the condo and complex. This was a really nice personal touch. I'm definitely planning to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Marina Vallerta area.

Great sunrises and sunsets,...

This is a brand new condo in a very secure building with a great view of the Sierra Madre Mtns, the marina, and a magnificent sunrise on one side and a golf course on the other side with a similar view of the sunset. It is comfortably furnished. The location is great and convenient to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and transportation. The beautifully maintained sidewalks of the very desirable Marina neighborhood as well as major hotels, make walking/jogging a pleasure. Both pools are heated and one of the pools is designated for lap swimming. There is a great gym with many brand new workout machines. The owners were very gracious and they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the unit and acquainted us with the unit. Once a week maid service was a nice plus.

We spent six weeks in residence and we will be coming back for a longer period during the next winter season. We highly recommend this condo.

The condo has very good cross ventilation so air conditioner is not needed most of the time.
