Spacious 1410 sq. ft. 3 bedroom + Loft, 2 bathroom condo with 2 covered parking spots w/ additional parking spots at the complex. Great for families and ski holidays. The property is only a 2 minute drive to the Creekside Gondola, grocery store, and restaurants.

1 bedroom on the top floor with a new king bed, renovated full bathroom, and loft with a double futon. The loft features a 27' LCD TV w/ cable.

The main floor has a large mud room for all your ski equipment. Fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare your own meals. Lots of seating. New 32' LCD TV with cable, DVD, surround sound, IPOD dock, and highspeed wireless internet.

Downstairs features a bedroom with two single bunk beds (sleeps 4), and another bedroom with two single bunk beds (sleeps 4). There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer downstairs.

***Pets are welcome with an additional pet cleaning fee of $50

***Primary renter must be age 30 or above

***Stays shorter than 3 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $120

***Every 7th night free excluding the holiday period (Christmas and New Year's)

Great stay at this condo

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving weekend and really enjoyed it. The kitchen was great for making Turkey dinner and had everything we needed. Perfect amount of room for the 8 of us. It was great having so many parking spots as we had 4 vehicles. Last year we stayed closer to the village and we found parking to be very limited and had to park two of our vehicles in the day lot. We loved being so close to Creekside market and the restaurants in Creekside as it was quiter than the village.
