The Candler Park MARTA train station is half a block from the Aerie Suite. The train will take you to downtown Decatur in just a couple of stops; downtown Atlanta in a few stops; the Airport; Midtown and Buckhead. The Aerie Suite comes with covered parking adjacent to the apartment.
You must be at least 22 years old to book or 21 if active military. Active military receive 10% discount from published rates. Absolutely no smoking inside the Suite. outside the apartment is allowed and ashtray is available. SPECIAL NOTE: The Suite comes with one adjacent covered parking space. Because of limitations of access through the alley and consideration to the neighbors, all friends and relatives of guests MUST park on either Iverson Street or Oakdale Rd. and any turnarounds required to exit the alley MUST be executed on my parking pad.
We strive to provide all of our guests with a five star experience. Accordingly, absolutely no parties are permitted, or more than two persons (including infants) or overnight guests who have not been listed in the reservation and pre-approved. Any violation of these rules will result in an automatic additional surcharge of $89 per night. Moreover, consideration of my cleaning assistant REQUIRES STRICT ADHERENCE TO THE 10AM CHECKOUT TIME and any unapproved late check-outs will be subject to an additional AUTOMATIC charge of $25 for each 15 minute incremental delay in checking out or portion thereof. Finally, I try to accommodate early check ins and late check outs when possible, but check in prior to noon or checkout later than 1 pm (with advance permission) will usually incur an additional $40 charge.
