An Exciting Home Away From Home With All The Trimmings

This condo has it all...WiFi, Cable TV, land line cordless phones in all the rooms, huge refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser on the door, four burner stove with 2 speed exhaust fan and stove top light, modern oven/broiler, large microwave, in sink garbage disposal, double kitchen sink with pull out kitchen faucet hose, kitchen tray ceiling with ceiling fan/light, large capacity modern dishwasher with all the options, well lit granite countertops and the window over the sink that provides an 8 story view all the way to Cape Canaveral.

Top floor corner penthouse deck that allows a view north towards Daytona Beach, eastern 180° clear open view of the Atlantic Ocean and southern view to Coco Beach.

You will see the sunrise two minutes before those on the beach and don't forget to bring your binoculars...you get a bird's eye view of sharks, dolphins, high diving Ospreys, Pelicans, and ocean going vessels way out on the horizon.

Sitting in the living room looking out on the Atlantic from 8 stories up all you see is water and is reminiscent of a transAtlantic ocean liner view.

Much, much more from the modern walk in glass shower, high capacity air conditioning, to the direct beach access and salt water heated pool.

Excellent hosts and convenient on site building manager, groundskeeper and poolkeeper.

You will also appreciate the good nature of the other residents, renters and visitors that add to the appeal of this property.

Best beach condo

We spent two months. This condo is clean, comfortable and quiet. We had plenty of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, even coolers. The lanai on the top floor corner was perfect for sunrise views. We were fortunate to even see a rocket launch. . It's very convient to restaurants and town. New Smyrna is a beach town, with craft shows, weekly farmers market. Cape Kennedy is 30 minutes away and Disney is an hour away. King size bed was comfortable. Kitchen supplies are good but could use more pots/pans and sharp knives. No problem using the shared washer/dryer. Bathrooms have been remodeled very nicely. Owners were easy to communicate with. Hope to use again!

Great Condo

This condo was so comfortable and had everything you could want away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of dishes, glasses, pots etc. It even had a George Forman grill. The view from the condo was spectacular and the beach was beautiful. We woke up to amazing sun rises. There are some excellent restaurants nearby - So Nappa and Norwood's were our favourites. Flager Ave is nearby with some great little shops to explore. The owner kept in contact and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.
