We stayed for a girl's weekend and had a fantastic time! The bedrooms are so warm and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for us to cook dinner. We were able to walk to many locations for cocktails and again in the morning for brunch. This place is so well located we can't wait to come back again next year. Thank you!!!

We were very pleased with this property! Susan was extremely accommodating, the home was exactly what we were looking for and the location was convenient to walk to just about everything! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Denver!

Wonderful apartment/mini-house in an awesome location!

The place:

Well appointed, clean, modern, and a perfect size. It was just two of us staying there, so we had plenty of room, since it's two bedrooms plus a sizable "office" and living room. But it would easily be comfortable for 4+ people.

We had everything we needed and more - towels, all necessary kitchen supplies (cups, plates, silverware, appliances like microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer + dryer, etc. etc. We did not find ourselves wanting for anything during our stay. We both really felt at home here, so much so that sometimes it was a struggle to go out and do stuff, when we were so comfortable on the big leather couch, watching TV and hanging out!

The location:

Great looking residential neighborhood - surrounded by gorgeous houses, trees, etc. It felt safe and we had no issues during our stay, walking around during the day or at night. There's a great little coffee shop nearby (Wooden Spoon) and several awesome restaurants. We ate at Bar Dough, Linger, LoHi Steakhouse, Tamales by La Casita, Wooden Spoon (the baked goods are INSANELY tasty), and we would recommend them all and all were within walking distance of the house. There were also some bars and a few dispensaries within walking distance, if that's your thing.

We didn't have much interaction with the owners during our stay, but I consider that a good thing - they provided great directions, a book full of recommendations for things to do, we had no trouble getting into the place when we arrived late at night, and we never needed anything during our time there - everything was clean and worked perfectly, etc. It was an easy, totally enjoyable stay, and we would come back to Denver and this apartment in a heartbeat!!!!

Excellent location, cute and comfortable with everything you need

I recently spent 3 nights here with a friend, we live on opposite coasts and were meeting up with old college friends in the area for a mini-reunion. This is on a nice, quiet street, dedicated parking spot, within easy walking distance of restaurants and slightly longer walking distance to downtown. Safeway (for groceries) and liquor store (for wine of course!) also in the near area, so we were able to get some snacks, drinks, and breakfast items which was very convenient. We both thought the beds were super comfortable, kitchen had all the appliances and dishware we needed, the living room was very nice to hang out in, everything very clean and gives a nice vibe. There were also several small touches which were much appreciated (basic toiletries and paper products supplied, a small dish on the bureau to hold jewelry, list of recommended restaurants, etc, magazines for perusing in your downtime). Owner was very responsive and pleasant. We had a terrific stay and would highly recommend this place for others, and we each said we would return for future visits. Many thanks for a great stay!

Cute property in a great location

This property is located in a nice little neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The home is clean and very comfortable. The parking out back is also very convenient. We hope to return and rent again.

Great stay!

Great stay! The place is great and the host, Susan, was so nice to coordinate with. We had a last minute change and needed one more night added to the reservation and she was so accommodating and put us in the place next door. I would definitely recommend this rental! It was also in a perfect location. Thanks Susan!

Wonderful find!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. I am so glad we found and booked it. The check-in process was smooth. The owners seemed attentive and readily available, although we didn't need to put that to a test as we had no issues during our stay. Loved the layout and decor. Also loved the property's location. Definitely recommend!
