Casa Bella Anna is a newly renovated Mid-Century modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located on the Highline Canal just south of Denver proper. Enter through a private courtyard into a spacious open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen opening up to a dining area and great room all looking out to an amazing mountain view. The back side of Casa Bella Anna is windows. The sliding doors open up to a large deck which looks out over the Highline and on to the front range mountains. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living in the summer months or watch storms roll in over the mountain tops during cooler times. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and an attached bathroom (shower only). The second main floor bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a full bath just outside the doorway. This is also the main bathroom of the house. The bottom level bedroom is furnished with two twin beds which can be converted to a king, and again the bathroom is outside the doorway. There is a 2nd great room on the bottom level with television, game table, and large west facing windows. There is a small fourth bedroom off the bottom level great room furnished with a double bed. There is also a full size laundry room just below the stair case. The entire square footage upstairs and down is approx. 2400 sq. ft. You can relax in the front courtyard for early morning sun and retreat to the back of the house for the afternoon sun, viewing beautiful sunsets. We are located around the corner from South Suburban recreation center and just down the street from The Streets of Southglenn, an outdoor mall offering a variety of restaurants and shopping, movie theaters, ice skating, horseback riding, etc. To the north we have Trader Joe's, a 10 minute walk along with TJMaxx/HomeGoods & Sierra Trading Post, not to mention small boutique shops and restaurants.
Casa Bella Anna was built in 1962 and is considered a Mid-Century modern; although the furnishings are of a more eclectic style with all the creature comforts of home. We have a full library of reading as well as movies and music available for your enjoyment. The house is also equipped with two large screen t.v.'s in each great room as well as a small television in the master bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet you're just a stone's throw away from shopping, nightlife, and activity...

When our dear friend and neighbor Bella Anna (age 98) passed away, we had the opportunity to purchase her amazing, all original, 1961 Mid-Century Modern home. We have always loved the mid-mod style of the home but knew a renovation was needed, we did just that. After updating the flooring, windows, kitchen, baths and outside decking the home was ready to share with those traveling to our area. Welcome, Casa Bella Anna, a home extremely special to us and now offered to the public to enjoy as well.

This house is adorable and has been remodeled inside and they put a great composit deck outside. It’s very organized and clean. We could tell they take great pride in this place. Off the back deck we had a great view of the Rockies. Back yard was perfect for our 3 dogs. Location was close to so many restaurants, bars, and a great walking path that lead to a park. Again, very clean and organized! We will be back.

We celebrated Christmas at this wonderful home. We were 5 adults and 3 dogs visiting family in the area and had great space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and open to the living area where we could all visit. It has a wonderful back deck that opens up to a view of the mountains and a fenced in back yard which was great for our dogs to play. The location was close to several locations, shopping, dining and playing. Thank you Kathleen for sharing your home and making our Christmas feel at home.
We spent a week in this home and enjoyed it immensely. The kitchen has been updated and has everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The deck off the main floor is expansive and provides wonderful, bright sun light into the home. The home has skylights in the bathrooms, which also gives them a great and natural light. Location is less than a mile from Trader Joes, restaurants, and shopping.
So thrilled with this home rental! Super clean, comfy beds, well equipped, beautiful updated kitchen and a fantastic view of the mountains to boot! Also, a super walking path practically in the backyard. We rented this charming home when we attended our son's wedding in Denver. The house is on a quiet street and close to any shopping needs you may have. We found it to be in a great location and our hosts were charming and very friendly. Would definitely stay again! Was great for our family!
This home has all the comforts of home! The views were wonderful and the location was close to anything you may want to buy. I strongly recommend this home for a Denver get-away. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We are 4 miles outside of Denver proper and Downtown Denver approx. 20 - 25 minutes by car.
