The 'Den' area has a daybed with 2 twin mattresses and a room divider - but no door
The apartment is ground level and has a condo above so you will hear all the noise associated with lively urban apartment living.
Also, the half bath is very small and located through the bedroom.
GUESTS ARE LIMITED TO THE PEOPLE STAYING IN THE UNIT (MAX 10 or 4 Down - 6 Upstairs if renting separate.).
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF MY NEIGHBORS - The noise does carry so we ask that you bring the noise in from the roof after 10 pm.
Parking: There is on street parking and I've never had to walk more than a block. Please pay attention to the signs regarding parking.
I have one guest pass (for each unit ) for resident parking only streets - which mine is - only required May 1 to Oct 1 ) Passes absolutely MUST be returned PLEASE - replacements are next to impossible to get. The upstairs unit also comes with one off street spot about two blocks away.

*Cleaning is done before guests arrive and after they check out. Cleaning fees cover basic turnover cleaning - The STOVE, microwave and refrigerator should be left as clean as you found it. Because of guest feedback, we ask that you keep the next renter in mind and refrain from cooking seafood and other foods that leave a lingering odor. Additional cleaning fees will apply and will be deducted from deposit if property requires additional cleaning.
I appreciate your interest in my home. Please understand that in order to keep my neighbors happy and to make sure my home stays beautiful, I ask that you limit the amount of people in the unit to 4 downstairs - 6 upstairs (this includes day guests) or 10 if renting both units..
