Beginning August 2019, we will be reverting to a 30 + day rental holiday home. This is a fabulous opportunity for our Australian, New Zealand, South African guests who come from far away climes in particular to use our home as a base to visit the South West U.S. Stays of 30 days or more will not incur the 15% City of Anaheim TOT (Bed tax) and is a huge cost saving all around - one deposit, one cleaning fee - leave your luggage safely locked up - grab an overnight bag and visit Las Vegas, The Grand Canyon, Yosemite, San Diego etc.
PARK AND WALK !
Location is everything! If we were any closer we'd be in the Park! Our beautiful 1950 sq ft open plan, spacious home is located in the beautiful Anaheim Resort and across the street from Disneyland, in a quiet, established neighborhood just 10 minutes walking distance to Down Town Disney where a short walk will take you into the entrance to Disneyland or California Adventure. Or you can also ride the Monorail into the only stop at Tomorrow Land in Disneyland.
Home Two is our beautiful gem of a house and is exclusively located adjacent to the Anaheim Resort . Our Home Two has a tasteful open plan designed especially with an enhanced experience for our guests. You can view the fireworks sitting in our beautiful hot tub and take pictures as you OOH and AAH at the colors that light up the night sky. This amazing 1950 sq. ft., three bedroom, two bath family home is fantastic value for your hard earned money with attention to every last detail to make your family vacation a memorable one that will last a lifetime. Home Two, while it is an open plan modern design still pays homage to its 1955 vintage having been built for the employees who came to help Mr. Disney build Disneyland. The 1955 vintage floors are beautiful quarter-sawn oak in keeping with the style of the house. Our Kitchen is a cook's dream with everything supplied to help you provide large or small meals with ease.
You won't need a car to stay at any of our homes because it is all about location, location, location. Please read our Five Star reviews submitted directly by our guests and check availability on our updated calendar. Our homes are the closest single family homes to Disneyland and both are within a 10 minute walk of Downtown Disney. We sit nestled under the Big Ears as they are affectionately known in our neighborhood.
We encourage our guests to come home and nap in the afternoon, re-group, dine and go back to the Parks to enjoy the night refreshed. We are proprietors and not managers or a management company so our nine years’ experience gives us the edge when it comes to supplying your every need while away from home. We designed this home with families in mind so that everyone will have their own space at the end of the long bustling days of having fun. We are on hand at any time day or night if needed for directions, restaurant tips and grocery store drop offs, etc.
The walk to Disneyland is a breeze and is more convenient that the multi-storey parking structure for sure.
We only hope that everyone who enters our home as guests leave as friends.
