About Al Sanchez

Colorado born and raised and Karen has Michigan roots. We love everything the mountains have to offer and teaching them to my daughter (11) - skiing in the winter, biking and hiking in the summer!

Al Sanchez purchased this townhome in 2006

Why Al Sanchez chose Frisco

As a Native to Colorado, I have owned two properties in Winter Park, a Condo in East Vail and a unit half mile from lifts in Steamboat. After 20+ years owning property in the mountains of Colorado...Frisco has everything I look for and think you will too! Plenty of fun around the marina, rent kayaks or a pontoon boat. Plenty of festivals during the summer or the annual bon fire at the marina after Christmas.

Skiing Copper Mountain is great and close enough to ski Vail without Vail lodging rates. Cycling in the summer is best in Summit County. Frisco's Main Street is very friendly all times of year and a lot of fun to walk to anytime you are in town.

Will consider long term rental for 2017-2018 Ski Season.

What makes this townhome unique

Feel free to call me with any questions on availability, location etc. Call to discuss booking options for discount. Quick walk to town and close to the park (jungle gym). Bike path right out the front door! I hope you love, appreciate and most importantly, respect our home as much as we do.

Just around the corner from the new Whole Foods & Rio Restaurant. We don't rent out a whole lot, so I am not the owner to contact if you want to seek a deep discounted rate.

Thanks for considering our unit.

Nice convenient location

  • 5 of 5

My family of five stayed at this place over Spring Break 2018. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We have the Epic pass so it was very convenient to ski at A-basin, Keystone or Breck. It is also close to downtown Frisco for dining and shopping. The owner AL was very easy and nice to work with. It has three levels which is nice if you have kids because they can go and hang out downstairs for some relaxing time for mom and dad. You should rent this place:)

Very clean, spacious and conveniently located

  • 5 of 5

We skied in Breckenridge and found the commute to the slopes from this home to be painless. The home is located just a couple minutes from downtown Frisco (a nice and up-and-coming city that deserves more foot traffic) and only a 15-minute drive to parking at Breck's slopes. The property owner was very nice and easily reachable in case there was any confusion about finding and entering the home or concerns while there, which in our case there weren't. Al left very clear instructions about directions and even provided some helpful recommendations regarding the area. Overall, I would encourage anyone that's looking for a place to stay in the Frisco or Breckenridge area to check out this home. The place was clean, slept 6+ comfortably, and was a GREAT value. We had never used VRBO before or been to this part of Colorado, but we really enjoyed both.

Comfortable and good value

  • 4 of 5

Our family of four spent 3 nights at this townhouse. We skied at Vail one day, and Beaver Creek a second day. The drive to the resorts was quick and easy. Given the price differential between rentals at the resorts (where we had considered staying) and a place like this in Frisco, the choice is easy. The lower level den in this townhouse is particularly comfortable and relaxing, and the kitchen and baths have been updated nicely. The remodeling was clearly done by a professional, not DIY jobs as is often the case in rental properties. We easily parked 2 cars in the driveway. The hot water tank stood up to four consecutive showers without a problem. My only tips for improvements would be better lighting on the main floor (likely not an issue much of the year due to the windows), and a firmer mattress in the master bedroom. But, again, as a whole, this townhouse is a very good value.

A great location for a ski vacation

  • 4 of 5

This half-duplex house is very conveniently located in Frisco for skiing at Breck, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper Mtn, and Loveland ski areas. A Safeway market, a Wal-Mart, ski / board rental shops, and many restaurants are nearby. The house has a very well-equipped kitchen and large family room. We would stay here again. The owner kept in touch by email to make sure everything went smoothly with our rental.

Perfect Location!

  • 5 of 5

We had 6 guys who all wanted their space after long days of skiing. This place gave us that, plenty of places to sleep, be it beds or comfortable couches. It was also just minutes away from the interstate and an easy trip to the mountains.
