Cozy, Clean, Comfortable
This property met all our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to others. Well stocked kitchen for "foodies" like us who appreciate quality pots, pans and dishware. Clean and spacious living area. " Peace and Quiet", Yes! Added bonus was watching 3 deer in the woods while having coffee one morning. The trails in Duke Forest are right out the back door and we took advantage of this amenity several times. This condo is stylishly furnished and the art that the owner has collected was much appreciated. All this while being close to a major city! My husband and I, both "Seniors" would book this property again. Rhonda, the owner, was helpful with our questions.
Peaceful, Spacious and Comfortable!
Had an extended stay at this property and enjoyed it very much! The condo is very spacious with a full bathroom for each bedroom and an office downstairs. Beautifully decorated home and well-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and cozy!
Perfect location! Super close to Duke University and Hospital. Beautiful complex surrounded by trees and trails. Peaceful!
Rhonda was a fantastic host and very responsive to any and all questions! I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!
It was my pleasure. I am pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay. I was happy to be able to accommodate you and your family.
Very Nice Condo
This was exactly as advertised. Clean and quiet and close to Duke. We really enjoyed staying here and when there was a slight glitch in the wifi Rhonda had it fixed in 10 minutes.
Thank you so very much for looking after my home. I am exceeding pleased to read that you had a pleasant stay. Last spring I downgraded my digital cable services, while increasing the internet speed to accommodate streaming services. I have been working with my cable provider to ensure that the service is available as needed. I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
hideaway in the woods but so convenient
We were lucky to find this property with lots of privacy and peace yet 10 mins away from the DFC where we needed to be bright and early every morning. The condo is the actual home of its owner that she shares while traveling and it reflects her amazing collection of ethnic and cultural treasures. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom made it so handy and my girls loved the smart TV and internet availability.
A delightful property, spacious and comfortable
This property was beyond our expectations: spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. New to the Durham area, there was so much to do, and great places to eat, it was hard to prioritize. The price was a bargain. Five stars with exclamation points!!!
This rental was an over the top experience. Fully equipped kitched, the amenities of home and a peaceful residential location. The owner is very accommodating. This is a home and not a rental unit. Close to Duke and all of Durham's shopping. Highly recommended. I am only sorry this is our last visit to Durham (daughter now has PhD and is moving on). If we were to be in Durham again we would hope this unit would be available.
