We live in Hannover/Germany and stayed several times in the area before we decided to buy there a vacation home. Because there are so many things to do around there.

Having spent two full months of Jan. and Feb. 2015, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nicely decorated, well equiped and evrything was in working order. We met the neighbors around us who were very friendly and helpful as well as our property manager and staff at the clubhouse facilities.The location is very convenient to the clubhouse, pool and of course, all the local shops, outlet stores and great restaurants.
Property was relatively clean but décor quite dated. Bedding was very worn and drab. While manager was very responsive in handling problems, had issued with washing machine, refrigerator, and garage door. Air conditioning also went out. One of the hurricane shutters was in disrepair. Overall, the unit needed some attention and updating.
