Direct view Gulf-front condominium on the sugar-white sand of Orange Beach, Alabama, just a few short miles down the beach from Perdido Key, Florida.

Our complex is located within 5 miles of The Wharf's Amphitheater, shops, restaurants, fishing charters and dolphin cruises.

EMERALD SKYE, Unit 61 is a beautiful, top floor corner unit with spectacular gulf front views, both from the balcony and east side windows. Large private balcony, carpeted bedroom and tile throughout.

This is a top (7th) floor, corner unit that offers a Gulf-front vacation with great amenities at an affordable price. This unit has direct gulf views that overlook some of the whitest beaches in America. Decorated in tropical decor, our oceanfront, top corner unit has panoramic views of the beach and Gulf. Sit on your private balcony and watch the charter boats leave the Perdido Pass after a picture perfect sunrise while drinking your coffee or just watch the dolphins feeding and playing in the Gulf in front of you.

This top floor, corner unit has three extra windows facing east so you have a 180 degree view of the beach and Gulf. In addition to the direct Gulf front views of the beach and gulf from the balcony, there are unobstructed views east toward the Perdido Pass and Perdido Key. There is no comparison of the views from this unit to other condos that do not have side viewing exterior windows.

This is a one bedroom (king-size bed), one bathroom plus two bunk beds that are perfect for the families with small children and with the affordable rental price makes the condo excellent for couples. The queen size sofa sleeper in the living area makes this condo a great choice for up to four adults and two children. Well equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer if you need them!

The bunk bed area in the hallway can be totally closed off from the living area and master bedroom. There is a door to the private bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a pocket door between the bunk area and living area. Why pay extra for a two bedroom condo or hotel room, when you can put the kids to bed and close a door for privacy.

The maximum sleeping area for adults is four (4).

This unit is a non-smoking unit except on the balcony (with balcony door and window closed)!! Sorry, no pets permitted.

"It has been said that if you have a stress-free vacation that you add 7 more years to your life. Thanks for all the added years for us. This was so nice. It didn't even matter that it rained one day. It was so peaceful and quiet around here. The bright, colorful decor just makes you cheerful! We hadn't been to this area in several years. It was much better than we remembered. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us. Our vacation was wonderful!"

Wonderful place to stay!

My kids and I enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at this condo this month (July 2017). It was our first beach vacation in many years, and we were not disappointed.

First of all, what everyone says about how helpful Kathy is is 100% true! She was so kind, personable, and helpful in all emails she sent regarding our stay. She sent a long email with detailed instructions on checking in and out, places to go eat and things to do, using the umbrella and chairs and public areas, and what to bring with you. She even sent me a MapQuest with a different way to go that I had never been before that saved me a lot of time and headache on that last stretch before you get to the beach.

The condo is beautiful, clean, and cozy. I stayed with my two teenage kids. It was just the right size for us. My son slept on the pullout sofa and my daughter and I shared the king size bed in the bedroom. The view from the balcony and the windows is breathtaking. Honestly, just sitting on the balcony, day or night, was one of my favorite parts of our trip. Kathy provides her renters with use of her chairs and umbrella on the beach which keeps you from having to rent one every day, which can really add up. We spent most of our time on the beach, so this was very nice. It was relatively quiet, and I would say a very family friendly atmosphere.

We ate out at Rotolo's Pizza, Wolf Bay Lodge, and Gulf Shores Steamer, all recommended on Kathy's list. We were not disappointed in any of them, and only wished we had more nights to try more restaurants!

I would definitely recommend Kathy's condo and will stay there again next summer, the Lord willing!

Fantastic stay!

We had a lovely vacation in Kathy's condo. The location is very convenient to the restaurants and activities. Condo was clean and perfect for our family of four, it met all of our needs. The boardwalk to the beach was easy with our wagon. The storage room was helpful and the use of the beach chairs was very nice. Loved seeing the dolphins every morning while drinking my coffee. We look forward to our next visit!

Loved our stay!

This was our second time to stay at this condo. We absolutely love it there and Kathy is wonderful to work with! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We set on the balcony and watched the dolphins play every day. We can't wait to come back!

Great Stay!!!

This condo was perfect for my son & I! Pristine condition when we entered. Awesome views & perfect access to the beach. You can also see the boardwalk from this condo, which looks amazing at night. Kathy was so accommodating & checked on us! We will def stay here again & I would recommend this to everyone!
