Siesta Key Condo 2BR 2BA Siesta Dunes

Bedrooms 2
Space 1,000 sq. ft.
Property type condo
Minimum Stay 7 nights

About the property

Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Siesta Key / Crescent Beach was recently named the #1 beach in the US by Dr. Beach, and is always ranked among the top ten by travel agents. The soft white sand, which is 99% pure crushed quartz, never gets hot, and is ideal for building castles, sculptures, long walks, or just lounging in the sun.

If you don’t like the sand, you can lounge on the resort's large wooden sun deck overlooking the beach, then walk over to the pool to cool off. You’ll also catch some of the most magnificent sunsets on the Gulf from the beach before heading out to one of Sarasota's many great restaurants.

Our condo is fully outfitted with every thing you'll need - beach towels, linens, fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.

The master suite has a king bed & private bathroom. For those who need to sneak in a little work while away, there's also a desk with wifi Internet access. The smaller bedroom is fitted with two twin beds and a large closet, and is next to the second full bath. If you need extra sleeping room the couch hides a queen bed in the living room.

Siesta Dunes is one of the best maintained properties on the beach, with gated access and security on site.

About The Owner

The condo is owned by two couples from Indianapolis that have been friends for more than 30 years and vacationed together on Siesta Key many times.

Our kids have many great memories of spring breaks with their friends on the Key, but our favorite time to be at Siesta Key is October/November, when the weather is nice but crowds are gone.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1998

Why The Owner chose Florida South West

Our first visit to Siesta Key was in 1983, and after renting at several properties we fell in love with Siesta Dunes. It is definitely one of the nicer complexes on Siesta Key.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key. We love the location of the Condo. It was very nicely decorated, very clean and had zero problems when we were there. Sleeps 4 very comfortably. Grounds are beautiful, has a large deck with several grills available to cook on while watching some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. The whole area is very family friendly. Great restaurants near by in the Village where you can take free rides to. Always voted one of the best beaches in America! We will without doubt be back.

Great place for a beach vacation!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed both the Siesta Dunes property, as well as the condo. It was a great place to stay with another couple and was placed in a great location. The condo is in great condition, and there are some beach toys and chairs provided which was really nice to have. Easy access to the beach, Siesta Dunes also has a nice pool/hot tub area.

The free rides to and from the Village made it really easy for us to get there quickly for dinner and/or happy hour. There was also an amazing restaurant nearby (BYOB) called Big Water Fish Market. We went there twice for lunch - very fresh selection of fish (grouper sandwich was a favorite).

Overall a great stay, would return and would recommend to friends and family.

Siesta Key Dunes was such a beautiful place to visit. The condo and the grounds were super clean! Just a few steps to the Siesta Key Beach and you are literally in HEAVEN. I have never seen white sand like this in my life.

We got to snorkel too which was a great experience in itself. There are 2 happening little restaurants down the street. And the food and company is just to die for. Very peaceful and surreal. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Will definitely go again and again and again! ;)
