Complete with free fenced parking and a view of the city from the balcony, the suite is truly at the pinnacle of downtown living. A stone's throw from Victoria's best shopping and restaurants, the suite is the ideal place to stay for anyone wanting to visit and take in the wonder of Victoria.

The suite contains 1 bedroom with an on suite bathroom. The suite has a secondary bathroom attached to a den/office area where if needed, a fifth guest can sleep on a single bed we can provide upon availability. Each bathroom has its own skylight, which adds nicely to the suite. The kitchen and living area center the suite and its modern design give it a beautiful flow. The balcony, complete with sitting area and gas BBQ, is situated on the south side of the building. The suite sleeps 4 comfortably with the bed that can be made in living room as well.

My name is Nermeen Alireza. I moved to Victoria 15 years ago from Vancouver and never looked back! My father did the development of the building, and thus retained 3 suites that we operate via VRBO. I work from home and am always available if you need me.

It's just perfect. My sister and brother-in-law used to live in the building and the location is phenomenal! The suite is just so open. Plus with the parking, it would be hard to find something so well kept.

Equal pros and cons

Pros - location cannot be beat, tour of apartment and parking lot was great and prompt, parking was perfect if you have a car, two bathrooms were great

Cons - extremely hot in whole building during mild temperatures, rented as a two bedroom when it is only a one bedroom, had to sleep diagonal on sofa bed to stretch out and I am a short woman

Comfort and Convenience

We stayed in this condo for a week and it felt like home away from home. Things are laid out well and there was space enough so that we were not tripping over each other. While we thought we would use the kitchen more than we did, the selection of restaurants on the same street as the condo and within a 5-minute walk meant that we mostly just had breakfast there. The central location allowed us to talk quick walks to the harbour and other Victoria sites.

My only critique is that instructions for setting up the sofa bed and putting out the trash could have been more detailed (we were travel-weary and struggled a bit with the sofa before we figured it out.)

It is clean, tidy and the management made check-in a breeze. Highly recommended.

Neat, clean, great location!

We had a great stay at this property! Easy walking to markets and shopping and only 10 min walk to the inner harbor area. We didn't need to use our car at all. Apt very secure with keys and coded elevator. We had every thing we needed for a comfortable stay. Apt was neat, clean and updated. We have two teenagers that used the futon and fold out couch and appreciated not having to share a room. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend!

Property and location are great but the managing of it could do with some improvements

We got to drop our bags before check in time and presumed cleaners were still working, water bottle in sink and clothes in dryer, still on.however when we came back all was still the same except dryer had finished. No towels were hanging in bathrooms, no toiletries either. The deck/ balcony needed serious cleaning, plant pots with garbage in, old umbrella stand but no umbrella. The access is complicated, key for front door, code for the lift and another code for the apartment!

Great location, Well equipt

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was within walking distance we did not need to drive at all. This unit is well laid out so you will not feel crammed, and it has two bathrooms. It is also equipt with all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Although we didn't need it I appreciated seeing extra towels, blankets were there.

The accommodations are owned by “JP By The Sea” as vacation rentals accommodations for the Guest according to the following “Terms and Conditions”.
