Excellent! 4.3/5 -

Navona charming XVI apartment - 3 bedrooms 8 sleeps
average rating of 4.263158 based on 19 reviews

Poorly appointed and badly in need of upgrade. Not recommended.

  • 2 of 5

Inadequately fitted for the number of people it claims to accommodate. Uncomfortable furniture. Not suitable for families or people wanting to cook as the tiny kitchenette is very sub-standard (there aren't even any cooking knives, not to mention pots, toaster, kettle, etc).

On the plus side - the location was excellent and it was clean and Georgia was lovely.

Owner's Response: I'm really sorry to know all these bad things. I use to tell to every guests that for all kind of problems I could come back to solve them. It isn't correct to know all bad things after the stay cause my work is also to assist guests during te stay and solve problems immediately.

Perfect location and lots of charm

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our vacation at Casa Sinibaldi2. The apartment was a good size for our family of 5 and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed the charm of the 16th century building. The beds were OK though we were so tired from all our sight-seeing, since it was so easy to walk everywhere, that we slept well. Giorgia was fantastic to communicate with before and during the trip, and her help with arranging taxi from the airport and private tours was a huge help. The tour guide she arranged for ancient Rome and The Vatican was simply wonderful. Thanks for making our family trip so enjoyable.

Diasappointing accomodation

  • 2 of 5

Great service by Giorgia but downhill from there! Uncomfortable unhygienic beds , poor bathrooms and virtually non existent internet! Not worth the extra money we paid for so called luxury.

Super location, very nice apartment!

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time at this apartment. Giorgia was very helpful in setting us up with some great things to do in Rome, including a wonderful cooking lesson, and the location of this apartment could not be better. Easy to walk to all of the main attractions, and very close to a very good coffee spot, which served as an excellent meeting location! Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone; very reasonably priced too!!

Great location

  • 4 of 5

The location is great with no noise at all. Old but neat place needs new furniture. I was with my parents and 30 steps dudn't bother them. Georgia was very helpful too. I'll definitely recommend this place strongly.

First Experience/Great experience!

  • 5 of 5

We started saying "wow" the minute we walked in the large outside door that protected the properties main lobby. It was charming from the the first moment all the way up the stairs and into the property. As we walked into each room we were amazed at what a wonderful job the owner had done updating the property but keeping its old world charm! The home was very clean! The bathrooms were wonderful. Nice new fixtures, great water pressure, plenty of warm water! I felt just as comfortable there as I do in my own home (and it was probably cleaner than my own home!)

The bedrooms were a perfect size for adults traveling with luggage to take them to Rome for 4 days and then on to a 7 day cruise. They had amazing views of an outdoor courtyard and a glass roof of another business below.

The property is located in the perfect area surrounded by shops, churches and an easy walk to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona!

The property managers were friendly and easy to work with. A special thank you goes out to them and the property owner for making our first visit to Rome, Italy, and Europe pleasurable and confortable!
