The neighbourhood is upscale and quite for being downtown with a city block park across from the house. The sunsets over English Bay and the waters between the bridges rival any I've seen. Loving the outdoors this location gives you the best walks, hikes and bikes as all the best of what the city has to offer.
What makes this Townhome unique
The patios are great in the summer months. Roof top dining and lounging, the amenities from squash courts to fitness room and the easy access walks to the waterfront and downtown core. Shopping can be found within moments from the garden shop next door to downtown's upscale shopping a short walk away.

Great location, fabulous decor, nice roof top view, comfortable beds, wonderful little patio with the most beautiful potted Hostas. Just a few steps to bus stop and ferries and a few blocks to the action on Davies. Scotty was very quick to respond to inquiries and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Location, Location, Location!
If you want to see Vancouver - this is the place! Less then two block to the Vancouver Granville island. 10 minute walk to Davie Street restaurants. Another short walk to Yaletown district. Also from here we walked ALL of downtown. Easy check -in and no issues with communication to manager. Scott let us drop off our luggage early so we could explore the city before check in time -thanks! Home was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Unique and comfortable furniture and decor - plenty of space for the four of us (two couples) and could easily see it easily accommodate another couple.
Couple of neutral items: only one full bath on third floor with half bath in first floor; noise from exhaust fan in front of building (from underground parking?) that was noticeable when windows were open but did turn off at night.

Great location right near the Aquabus and just a stroll to the beach.
Very interesting individual property with everything you need for a great stay. Plenty of room to get away from each other if needed. Near enough to everything.

Location great, but very unclean
Location was great, but very unclean . Attention to towels and linens. Molded smell. Also, directions to access the location needed more detail on the lock box. No DVD player .
Apologizes about the DVD player but offered you new choices of Netflix ++ as it is 2019. The lock box email as in instructions were sent to you 3 days beforehand as stated. Unfortunate, not sure about towels as never mentioned while staying will check with cleaners further.

This is the perfect setting as close to Seawall, Granville Island, Beaches and downtown restaurants, clubs and activities... all in walking distance. Parking at no charge available on site. Squash court, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, bike paths and free visitor parking on site.
