The Dragonfly features white wainscoting and crown molding throughout the first floor of this new cape cod style home. Surrounded by daylight from the windows in the dining and living room, this home boasts an open floor plan that allows room to move around easily.

On the first floor, wood floors flow throughout the entry, kitchen, living, and dining room. The large kitchen has beautiful white custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The large first floor bed room has a four poster king bed, 2 closets and plenty of room. The bathroom is next door with a tub and shower.

On the second floor, the large windows along the stairs invite you up to the large master suite. The master provides you with a king bed and a private deck with a peek of the ocean. The attached bathroom has an air tub with a tiled shower, floors and counter tops. The second bedroom is a kids paradise with matching twin beds, a closet full of toys and their very own attached bathroom. This bathroom has a tiled, 6 ft. shower with tiled floors.

Between these two bedrooms is the laundry room and a large loft that has a wood style daybed. This home is non-smoking. No pets are allowed at this time. Manzanita Beach is only 5 blocks away. This home is a dream come true!

My name is Danielle and my husband Scot and I own a vacation rental company called Manzanita Beach Getaway in Manzanita Oregon. We started this business in 2011 with the intention to provide families and all guests with an amazing vacation rental experience in Manzanita and Neahkahnie. We have 3 young boys in school here and love the coastal life. We manage 30+ properties in Manzanita for various home owners. We use our own website for bookings so if interested in booking something, please call us or send an email. We are open 9am to 5:30pm closed Sundays and Holidays. We do check our emails and phone messages often. We are available for emergencies 24 hours a day. The Dragonfly Home is a beautiful, light filled, cape cod style home. The open floor plan allows for great family interaction. The bedrooms are all spacious with beautiful furniture and linens. The large outdoor deck is great for barbequing or just sitting outside with a great book. There are two master bedrooms on the second floor and a bedroom with a bath downstairs.

What makes this house unique

The Dragonfly is open and spacious, easy for entertaining. This home is on a very quite street just a 5-7 minute walk down to the beach and a 3 block walk to downtown.

Beautiful and immaculately clean home near the beach!

We had a lovely stay in Manzanita and would book this home again. The house was impeccably clean and well maintained. It offered everything we needed for our stay, including a well appointed kitchen, lovely outdoor eating area and gas barbecue. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens and towels for all of us. A nice 5 minute walk to the beach. A beautiful property!

Adorable house!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and furnishings were excellent. High end for a beach rental. It was an easy walk to downtown and to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet.

Home sleeps seven adults comfortably.

Danielle, was super helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Perfect house for the perfect vacation

After the hotel/motel, which shall remain nameless, decided to put a new "SPIN" on the way they do their reservation for the July 4th holiday week, we had to find an alternative to our normal multi family, 8 or more rooms accommodations. Mind you the previous accommodations were a "family" tradition and we had been staying there for over a decade and probably closer to two decades so they change was a BIG change for some family memebers. I am so happy for the "forced change". We could not have been more pleased after staying at the Dragon Fly!

We had three couples staying at the Dragon Fly and it was perfect for us. The house is very well thought out in design and finishes. The bedrooms are good sized and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen, oh the kitchen, it is a dream to work in. We liked it so much and it had all the space and equipment we needed that we ended up fixing all but one of our meals at the house. There is even a BBQ on the back deck for your use and it is even cleaner than mine at home. The whole house was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. (And we have some pretty picker family members.) The bathrooms are all beautifully done and clean. Plenty of towels and nice amenities.

The walk into town is a few blocks but nothing we didn't enjoy as we walked thru the neighborhoods. The beach is an easy walk down the hill and you can hear the beach from the back deck. So relaxing and that is where we spent most of our time. Nice outdoor table and chairs so we could enjoy the beautiful weather.

We will be coming back year after year now and the "other" place is a long forgotten memory. If you get my DRIFT. :o)
