It includes a well proportioned lounge/family room with a fully equipped open kitchen with a marble table for 8 people; 1 large bedroom with 1 queen size bed (140 cm), 2 single beds and 1 toddler bed; 1 baby room with a cot bed and 1 double bedroom with a super king size bed (180 cm) and a large wall to wall wardrobe. There is 1 bathroom with large shower, toilet and washbasin. The apartment is equipped with top range equipment including: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave/traditional oven, washer/dryer machine, cable TV, flat screen TV, DVD/PVR, high speed wireless internet and a Bose sound system.
The apartment is equipped to cater for young babies with a secure cot bed, changing table, seating / feeding solution, baby bjorn bouncer and a bath seat.
The apartment has been redecorated entirely to a contemporary style whilst retaining the key features of a traditional Parisian apartment (ceiling covings, antique wooden flooring throughout and a fire place). The furniture has been carefully selected by interior decorators from Parisian designers to provide a comfortable and elegant style.
The apartment is located 5 minutes away (by foot) from the luxurious boutiques of Palais des Congres, and approx 15 minutes (by foot) from the Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysees. There is a bus stop on the main road outside the building with connections to the airport and to the main districts of Paris (Opera within 15 minutes).
Lastly, the apartment is excellently located at short driving distance or underground commuting to the business district of La Defense as well as Charles de Gaulle airport. This makes it an excellent solution for families relocating to Paris for business purposes or business people on short/medium term assignments.

About the owner: Hello, my name is Zoe Lutgen and I am Greek by origin, married to a French man. Paris is one of my favourite places in the world and has always been part of our family life. Our apartment has been fully redone to suit our large family and to cater for our needs when in town. It is a true family home in a great neighbourhood in which my husband has lived most of his Parisian life. I am certain that our home will make your stay very comfortable and memorable.

Aside from being the place where my husband spent a large part of his adult life, the 17th arrondissement offers quiet living, while remaining in the centre of Paris, and having easy access to the airport. There is a huge variety of shops and restaurants in the area, but most importantly, the very renowned food markets of this arrondissement give this place a unique feeling of true Parisian life.
