This home is an entertainer's dream featuring an oversized eight-foot-deep pool, a brand-new hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and a spacious sun deck offering incredible BEACH and ROCKET LAUNCH views. Of course, this dream would not be complete without your furry friends this home is PET-FRIENDLY!

Come and experience a new state of mind in this 4-bed, 5-bath home. The home offers over 3,400 sq. ft. , a 2 car garage (3rd bay used for beach equipment), wrap around porch, and a lower patio. With 3-living areas, one on the second level and two on the ground level, there is plenty of space for larger groups! The modern kitchen on the second floor overlooks the ocean while a kitchenette is conveniently located on the ground level.
The ground level of the home offers TWO primary bedrooms on opposite ends of the home as well as three exquisite baths. Each floor of this incredible home is also equipped with brand new LG Smart Washer and Dryers. The second level features two additional bedrooms adjoined by a Jack and Jill Bath. A half-bath is conveniently located near the second floor living area.
The location could not get any better as it is within walking distance to Downtown Cocoa Beach, shopping and restaurants. This home is also just a short-drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, SpaceX, Kennedy Space Station, and Cape Canaveral. Great place for our 3 day beach stay. Very impressive views of the Atlantic. The house was in immaculate comdition and beautiful inside. Would be 5 stars but there were a few issues that I brought up to property manager. The screen door on the second floor is broken and almost fell off on my wife. The garage door Yale lock was dead so we had to use keypad on the outside to get into the garage when needed unless we left garage unlocked. Inside garage door opener was inoperable but not a big issue because of the outdoor keypad. The hot tub relief pressure line was broken so we could not use the jets. Still 4 stars because of the view and inside of the house. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a week as our 10 year old attended Space Camp at nearby Cape Canaveral. The house location couldn’t have been better; you can walk out the back door onto the beach! The house is well maintained, clean, and has tons of extra amenities like surf boards, pool toys, bikes, etc. Our kids are already asking to go back.

This beach front home in Cocoa Beach is our second beach home on Vrbo so while this is a new listing, we have a magnitude of experience in short-term rentals. We love our beach house, but our guests are our top priority. We are here to assist and connect in any way possible. Always a message/phone call away day or night, we are ready to provide our guests an experience that will keep them coming back for years to come.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because of its beautiful beach and proximity to multiple attractions. With Disney, SpaceX, Universal, and Kennedy Space Center all within a short driving distance, we can split our trips between the beach and attractions and not be stressed with switching accommodations halfway through. Having one of the best views of the ocean and rocket launches from the private pool, hot tub, or multiple decks is a surreal experience!
