As someone with a degree in hotel management and who travels frequently, I love to be able to accommodate our guest and make them feel at home. Their satisfaction is very important to us.
Why Izi chose Upper West Side
We restored this 1880's brownstone preserving all of historic features, but in the same time providing all the luxury with high tech communication infrastructure of an office. For example every corner of the apartments are wired for 100 GB internet connection. We pay a lot of attention to all the details and are always available for our tenants. Our reviews are among the highest rated in the Upper West Side.
What makes this Apartment unique
We have I believe a unique property in one of the nicest areas of Manhattan with all the amenities we could possibly offer, ie; high speed wired and WIFI internet, Custom made European kitchen with Miele Appliances, Washer/Dryer, IP based video intercom etc.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Amazing location ! Worked perfect for me!
Renting this property was hassle free and the manager Izzi is absolutely fantastic !
Great place to stay
The apartment was better than I expected, even though I had seen pictures online. Izi, the owner, welcomed me to the apartment and showed me how everything worked. He checked in periodically to make sure I was a happy guest. The location of the apartment is superb. It's between Columbus and Amsterdam and just a couple of blocks from Central Park and subway stops. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, markets, fruit vendors. I'd stay here again.
Izi is a fantastic host! He took the time to familiarize us with the building and the apartment. The apartment was clean, updated and very comfortable. It had everything needed for a month stay. I would stay here again and I have already recommended it to two friends - thanks Izi!!
Perfect apt, perfect building, perfect area
i needed a temporary apt on the upper west side.
while pricey, you get what you pay for - it’s renovated, cozy, comfortable, and safe.
i am as comfortable walking my dog at 11 pm as i am at 8 am.
izi and elio are kind and accommodating. And, it is no surprise to me that when i’ve run into other tenants they are lovely!
the bedroom seems small when you first view it, and then you come to realize, in this apt at least, that it is a womb-like sleeping experience. i got the best nights’ sleep! i recommend bringing your favorite comforter from home, if possible.
for the record my stay included hot temps and cold. i used heat and a/c. both are good. further, i’m a fresh air person, windows are easy to open.
for me, the third floor walk up was an added perk. i like to get exercise.
ps. shop for groceries and gourmet treats at fairway for a nyc living experience.
great location, great apartment, great owner and manager
1 BR apt and bath perfect. Everything is there; two washers and dryers in basement. location is 2 blocks from subway lines 1 and b/c and 2 blocks from central park.
Izi (owner) and Elio ( manager) meet all your needs.
This apartment is well equipped with top-of-the-line kitchen equipment and has a fantastic location on the UWS. Minutes from the "1" subway line and only a bit more to the "C", it is accessible to all of Manhattan. Central Park is 1.5 blocks away and there are a great number of popular restaurants nearby, not to mention the world famous grocery, Zabars. Tenants will find the owner and property manager very accommodating and helpful. The apartment's space is well designed and functional and will easily fit the needs of those wishing to be "New Yorkers", if only for a few weeks.
Between Amsterdam Avenue and Columbus Avenue.
Conveniently located in the heart of Upper West Side, one block away from Central Park and B-C-1 Line subway stations for easy access everywhere in Manhattan.
The Upper West Side is a neighborhood of the borough of Manhattan in New York City that lies between Central Park and the Hudson River above West 59th Street and below West 125th Street. It encompasses the neighborhood of Morningside Heights.
Like the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side is primarily a residential and commercial area, with many of its residents working in more commercial areas in Midtown and Lower Manhattan. While these distinctions were never hard-and-fast rules, and now mean little, it has the reputation of being home to New York City's affluent cultural and artistic workers, in contrast to the Upper East Side, which is perceived to be traditionally home to affluent commercial and business types. The neighborhood is decidedly upscale with the median household income above the Manhattan average.
