Sea Grape is a charming condominium perched atop Battery Hill,overlooking the Caribbean, Cruz Bay, and Cruz Bay village. Our unit has views to die for, and is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and hiking trails. We've had Seagrape for 10 years, just started renting a couple of years ago,and we'd love to share our lovingly decorated island home with you. Check our calendar or give us a call.
Seagrape has been decorated with art work and charming decor that will put you in an'island state of mind'! You will enjoy our newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and relax in our comfortable living room stocked with TV, VCR/DVD, WiFi, books and Cd's.
Relax in our covered balcony and take your morning coffee, or discuss your day at the beach while watching the boats in the harbor.As a guest at Battery Hill, you will enjoy our pool and deck that offers fantastic views of the harbor and the Caribbean. Grill a hamburger or fresh local fish and enjoy dining by the pool.
A car is not needed at the Battery Hill location, because it is a short walk to downtown, the beaches and trails. Taxis are nearby to whisk you away to our glorious beaches, or stop at the deli at Mongoose Junction, a great shopping area, pick up sandwiches and a beverage, and hike to some of the nearby beaches.
Remember, you are now in an island paradise!

Mike and I have been visiting St. John for years, and after spending cold winters in Minnesota, we decided this was the place for us!

Great location, view, and amenities
We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Grape, perched high atop the hill. Our view was over the Cruz Bay Harbour. Plenty of towels and supplies, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
Be sure to call ahead to rent a car as the cab drivers are VERY expensive right off the dock. The condo is up a very steep hill so if you have leg knee or hip issues, it might be hard to walk back up. Great food. Will amend and add eating establishments. Coral Bay is pretty far and not much there (unless we missed something ) Had lunch at Lucy's right on the water. Be sure to buy reef safe sunscreen!!! Maho Bay has many turtles and a couple of sting rays. Bring your passport and go to BVI . We went on the Bad Kitty - create crew.
Great View and Location!!
We really enjoyed staying at Seagrape Villa. It is a short walk down to Cruz Bay where there is a lot of activities to check out. Great spot to make as a base for the St. John's island. Recommend it!
Great location for a comfortable stay!
We enjoyed our week at Sea Grape. It was comfortable and cozy with a great view! Everything you needed was in the condo. The owners were very helpful and the location in town was perfect.

Sea Grape truly is a gem. This cozy condo was well-stocked, very clean and had everything my husband and I needed. Air-conditioning in all the rooms plus the comfortable furnishings made it a truly pleasant stay. WiFi is reliable as well. A short 5 minute walk into town for happy hours and dinners was a reprieve from having to drive/park in town. Last but not least, the view from the condo was stellar. We appreciate the timely correspondence with Cecilia (owner) during our trip planning and look forward to staying at Sea Grape in the near future.
I'm so glad you loved my island home! It is really fun for me to be able to share Seagrape with folks and know that they had a good time and felt at home there.
Mike and I owned Seagrape for 10 years before we started to rent, and I decorated it and added improvements to really make it the home I wanted.
It is so nice to have others be a part of our island adventure!

We just returned from our trip to St. John and Sea Grape. What a charming and perfect place to stay! Great decorating, spectacular view of the bay and outer islands.....and just a five minute walk to downtown. The beaches are beautiful and restaurants and even the bars have great food - the fish is fresh and the local drinks were great as well!
We loved it and will be back!!
Our first time to St John found our family of four sitting on the patio of Seagrape enjoying the view the breeze and the music drifting up from town. Within walking distance to town we were able to enjoy the multiple restaurants, bars , shopping and catch a trolley taxi to visit the beaches. Seagrape was clean and comfortable and the patio was the perfect place to relax after a long day. It was great to be able to jump in the pool right below the patio after a long hot day to cool off also. We definitely enjoyed our vacation at Seagrape and St John
Hiking trails and beaches abound! Stop at the Virgins Islands National Park visit center and get info on what St. John has to offer.
Stop at the deli in Mongoose Junction, get sandwiches and a bottle of wine and hike around Lind Point Trail to Salomon Beach or Honeymoon Beach.
The Marketplace is a small mall containing a grocery, a ,pharmacy, a hardware store, and several other retail stores.
Mongoose Junction is a great shopping area-great bars, shops, and restaurants.
Lots to do! Take your time the first day or so, and check out the many restaurants and shops on St. John Enjoy!

Monthly rentals may be available. Please call Cecelia at 952-221-1490 to inquire. The rate charges are for 2 people. Add $25./day/ additional guest. Deposit and final payment returned if cancellation done 3 months prior to rental. Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to check-in to be eligible for a full refund (less booking fee).
